Experience!!
I had my wedding in March of 2026 at the Villa di Rocca in Agoura Hills, CA. While being a stunning backdrop, it’s not the kind of all-inclusive wedding venue where everything is taken care of for you- it’s a setting and your job to fill it up with vendors and rentals. As an exceedingly stubborn bride, I over-estimated my knowledge and ability and refused to hire a wedding planner. It wasn’t until the date got closer that I quickly found out there is a long list of questions, logistics, and day-of help I was going to need. I luckily stumbled upon Crystal Rose Events on Instagram and hired them for my day-of coordination. Jessica was tremendously helpful in our lead-up meetings guiding me through my questions (including the questions I didn’t even know I needed to be asking- like collecting COIs). And as we got closer to the big day, Crystal and her team were amazing with those last-minute decisions and tasks that are bound to plague you. Our day went as smoothly as I could’ve asked for and I’m tremendously grateful to them for making it happen for us. Unless you’ve planned/had a wedding before, you don’t even know what you don’t know. I absolutely recommend Crystal Rose Events to give you that expertise, support, and make your day run as smoothly as it can so you can actually enjoy it.

We used their day-of coordination service for our wedding, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the beginning, Jessica is incredibly easy to work with—professional, patient, organized, and always on top of every detail. They genuinely care about their clients, which really shows throughout the process. Our day-of coordinator Lisa was especially impressive, handling last-minute changes and unexpected surprises with ease and confidence. Another coordinator Isabela also helped us a lot to setup and clean up. On our wedding day, there was a miscommunication that resulted in additional charges from our florist, Crystal stepped in and resolved the situation smoothly without passing the cost on to us. That level of advocacy meant so much and allowed us to fully enjoy our day stress-free. We’re so grateful for their support in making our wedding day special. We highly recommend them to any couple looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and thoughtful planner.

Great planner to work with!
I worked with Crystal for a holiday vendor mixer, which was a beast of events with a plethora of vendors. We collaborated together on floral design colors and themes to find the best fit for the event, and I appreciated her attention to detail. She has a lot of expertise to offer, and I hope to work with her again in the future!
