I work with couples who’ve planned their wedding and need a professional to run it. I coordinate your ceremony and reception from setup through vendor dismissal, directing the timeline, managing logistics, and handling everything behind the scenes so you can be fully present. By day, I produce large-scale fundraising events for the San Francisco Symphony, an environment where timing, leadership, and precision matter. That same production-level oversight is what I bring to your wedding. You’ve curated the day. I protect the vibe.

I build timelines with intention, anticipate bottlenecks before they happen and I protect the pacing of the room so your celebration feels natural; not rushed or chaotic. We start with a kickoff meeting to review your plans, vendors, and priorities. I refine your wedding day timeline and distribute it to your vendor team before the day. Package includes ongoing communication and support, one venue walkthrough, ceremony rehearsal coordination, and up to 10 hours of day-of management. Service starts 60-90 days out depending on your preferred lead time.

We start with a kickoff meeting to review your plans, vendors, and priorities. I refine your wedding day timeline and distribute it to your vendor team before the day. Package includes ongoing communication and support, one venue walkthrough, ceremony rehearsal coordination, and up to 10 hours of day-of management. Service starts 30 days out.

For celebrations 50 guests or fewer. Ideal for intimate weddings, restaurant receptions, and smaller venue celebrations. We start with a kickoff meeting to review your plans, vendors, and priorities.     Working with Gia was an absolute dream for our wedding day.
