Hi, I’m Victoria—better known as Vee! As the owner of Events by Vee, SLC, I specialize in wedding day coordination, ensuring seamless, stress-free celebrations. Since launching professionally in 2019, I’ve expanded my expertise to include baby showers, birthdays, and special events, crafting memorable moments with a personalized touch. Excited for the next adventure, I can’t wait to bring your vision to life!

As the wedding community continues to grow, our mission is to support couples in creating seamless, stress-free celebrations. Over the next five years, we aim to expand by opening a photo studio or small venue, offering even more tailored services. With a passion for helping couples, we’re committed to making the planning process smooth, enjoyable, and filled with personal touches. I initially hire Vee after I panicked about wedding day logistics and became nervous about how to make the vision I had been planning for nine months come to life. I thought that I could do it all myself or ask a friend or family member for help, but I couldn't have been more wrong! We weren't even finished with the introduction phone call when I knew I absolutely had to work with Vee. She was knowledgeable, well-connected and gave me confidence and of course, good vibes. She helped with the rehearsal dinner and wedding day coordination, and absolutely made things happen for us. My wedding was gorgeous, the timeline flowed effortlessly and she navigated curve balls and logistical changes professionally. At the end of the night, my husband told me one of the best things I did was hire Vee and that no one could have done what she did for us. Truer words have never been spoken. If you want a beautiful day where the stress is mitigated, details are handled and to feel like you're working with a FRIEND, hire Vee!

Yes! As the owner, I’m involved in the planning process and can be onsite, but depending on the event, another experienced planner from my team may oversee the day-of coordination. Rest assured, every detail will be handled with the same care and expertise.

There is a chance we could have another wedding the same weekend, but not on the same day. We take pride in offering personalized attention to every couple, ensuring each wedding is planned and executed with the utmost care, creativity, and professionalism. No matter the schedule, your special day will receive our full dedication.

We offer a range of packages, including full planning, partial planning, and day-of coordination. Our services cover vendor management, timeline creation, design consultation, logistics coordination, and on-site support, ensuring a stress-free and seamless experience.

We have trusted vendor recommendations, but are happy to work with any vendors that align with your vision and budget. Our priority is ensuring the best fit for your style and needs.

With experience and preparation, we proactively manage any surprises, whether it be a vendor delay, weather challenges, or last-minute adjustments, to ensure everything runs smoothly without disrupting your experience.

Ideally, 6-12 months in advance for full planning, but we also accommodate shorter timelines depending on availability. Day-of coordination can be booked closer to the wedding date.
