When our venue suddenly required security, she negotiated for them to cover half the cost. When our rental company failed to pick up a large portion of their items, she stepped in immediately and secured a partial refund without adding stress to us. Felicia was always one text or call away and made the entire process feel supportive, peaceful, and intentional. Her values were evident in the way she led with integrity, patience, and genuine compassion. By the end of the process, Felicia was not just our planner. She became a friend for life.
