With a background in nursing and teaching, I bring a rare blend of precision, care, and organization to every wedding. I stay calm under pressure and pay close attention to the details that make a celebration feel effortless and intentional.     Pleased and impressed

    I booked Harmonious Events as a gift for my sister’s wedding, and we were both impressed by Whitney and her team. Even though we only booked day-of coordination, Whitney went above and beyond—helping finalize last-minute vendor selections without charging extra. Her dedication, professionalism, and kindness made a huge impact. Any couple would be lucky to have her guiding their big day.

    Whitney was great!

    When I first started planning my wedding, I looked at vendors on Zola, but I didn't have a clear idea of what I wanted (besides a specific venue). I ended up looking on Google for local wedding planners who could give me an idea of what has worked well in the past, and that's how I found Whitney. She helped me figure out what would work well for the venue and my budget and gave me suggestions to help refine my idea beyond "flowers" and "mid-budget". (This was really great since my fiancée had no interest in helping--a red flag.) To make a long story short, working with Whitney was great even though my wedding ended up being called off. I'm currently focusing on myself, so who knows if I'll ever need to plan another wedding. But I'd definitely work with Whitney again if I ever do!
