We are a boutique wedding planning & entertainment company with over 15 years experience in the Hawai'i & destination wedding industry. Our focus is providing comprehensive wedding planning experiences for busy couples that are culturally inspired, wonderfully personalized, luxurious, and reflect each couple's unique personality. Our mission -- to give couples back the freedom to enjoy all the fun aspects of their wedding journey while we manage every part of your wedding day down to the finest detail.
Our superpower as planners -- at our core, we're a husband & wife team with backgrounds in professional theater, music, entrepreneurship & social work. We bring a very unique, innovative and bold perspective to planning and design, as well as an empathetic lens to your wedding journey. As current professional wedding entertainers as well, we uniquely understand how to collaborate and work with vendors to secure the perfect team to create your vision.

Centered around monthly consulting sessions, our team will guide you through every step of your planning process with tons of juicy pro-tips (and even a few relationship hacks!) | Our day-of wedding management service is for the couple who is able to handle all wedding planning from the start but desires a seasoned wedding consultant who can offer guidance and support at the beginning of the planning process and then swoop in with a skilled team at the 1-month mark to dot all the "eyes" & cross all the "tees". Mango Seasons as Your Coordinator? Man-go for it!
If you want a friendly, experienced, and detail-oriented wedding coordinator then look no further than Mango Season Weddings. Annie was our primary contact for the year leading up to our wedding, engaging in monthly meetings, and keeping us on track. They helped us with every step of the wedding process - defining priorities, referring us to vendors, managing most vendor outreach, refining our design vision, letting us tap into their vast inventory of décor to use on our wedding day, and much more. On the day-of, they made sure everything was set up correctly and ran smoothly so we could enjoy every moment without worrying about the details. If we were to do everything over, we would without a doubt select Mango Seasons as our wedding coordinator again. Thank you to Annie, Curtis, and the Mango Seasons team for helping our dream wedding come true!
The Greatest Wedding Experience
Mango Season Weddings is an absolute "MUST BOOK". From the very first meeting with Annie and Curtis, we were so happy and excited to start our wedding planning journey with MSW. Their team is full of knowledge, connections and are incredibly organized. Annie and Curtis made us feel completely at ease and made the 1 year wedding planning process remarkably stress-free. The MSW team overly communicated with us and our vendors to ensure seamless planning, provided detailed explanations every step of the way and easily pivoted at any point of contingency to ensure every aspect of our wedding was exactly what we wanted. On wedding day, I was praised by the MUA and hair stylist that I was the "calmest bride" they have ever worked with. I forwarded all praise to the MSW team for taking care of EVERYTHING for us!!! The wedding and reception was FLAWLESS! Every guest raved on how perfect the day went, how much fun everyone had and it being the best wedding they have ever attended. We even shouted MSW out in our final speech to let everyone know that it was all Annie and Curtis who made the night possible. Lastly, we forgot to request that the top tier of our wedding cake be sent home with us. The cake was cut and distributed to our guests in its entirety. Annie went over and beyond when she secretly reached out to our hotel to inquire if we could have the cake remade (top tier only). She then, personally delivered the cake to our home as a surprise. Talk about tears of appreciation! The Mango Season Weddings team did an OUTSTANDING JOB!!! You will NOT REGRET booking them! They are AMAZING!
