We don’t hold you to a template; we find out what matters most to you and design a day (or a weekend!) that reflects that. Based in the Bay and connected to Portland and Phoenix, we translate your story into an experience filled with bold color, high energy, and intentional design. With a team background in fine arts, theatrical set design, and corporate logistics, we bring a rare blend of wild imagination and razor-sharp execution. With a collective 30 years in event planning and management, we have seen just about everything - but we're always excited to learn more. We specialize in the comprehensive guest experience. We don’t just plan timelines; we curate atmospheres that make your guests feel seen and celebrated. Travel Bonus: To keep things easy, we charge no travel fees for weddings in the San Francisco, Portland, or Phoenix metro areas.

    One of the best things to happen to us in 2025 was getting connected with Parker and Paloma and choosing Natasha to help plan our wedding. She single-handedly transformed our small, last-minute “elopement” into our perfect wedding day. Working under a super tight timeline, she quickly understood our vision and the kind of event we wanted, and helped us think through details we hadn’t considered or didn’t think would be possible to accommodate. As our plans evolved, Natasha handled every curveball with calm expertise and flexibility. She took so much stress off our shoulders and that of our friends - our wedding day we were able to just focus on getting married and the joy of the day. She proactively coordinated with vendors and members of our wedding party, quietly taking care of countless logistics behind the scenes. She suggested and helped organize so many thoughtful little touches - like retro videography, a library of rentable bridal accessories, and warm cider for the ceremony - going the extra mile to support with details that made the day feel complete. Beyond her incredible professionalism, Natasha and her team are simply wonderful people to be around. It felt right having them there throughout the wedding weekend, and our guests consistently commented on how great they were. We are so grateful to Parker and Paloma for helping create a wedding that felt perfectly, authentically us. We can’t recommend them highly enough.

    If you are looking for a Day of Coordinator or a team to help with any of your wedding planning, I highly recommend Parker & Paloma Events!!!! My husband and I planned on having an intimate ceremony at a family home and initially felt confident we could handle everything ourselves. Looking back, I am so grateful we didn’t try to do it alone. We were referred to Parker & Paloma Events with just under three months to go and an overwhelming amount still to accomplish. From vendor coordination to in-person meetings, Natasha was absolutely essential every step of the way. The Zoe Package was a perfect fit for our needs and gave us exactly the level of support we didn’t even realize we needed. Natasha even went above and beyond on several occasions when weather concerns prompted last minute changes to the flow and ceremony location. On the day of the wedding, everything was meticulous and truly perfect. I felt completely at ease knowing the timeline, vendors, food, furniture, and florals were all thoughtfully handled. Natasha was such a calm, positive presence throughout the day. From my perspective as the bride, the day was everything I dreamed of and more, and that is entirely because of the hard work and care of the Parker & Paloma team. I genuinely cannot imagine what we would have done without them. Weddings do not have to be stressful when you have an incredible team behind you.     I had the pleasure of working with Natasha Cougoule of Parker & Paloma Events as the pianist for Aydin and Rachel’s intimate wedding on January 24, 2026, at their family home in Hillsborough. I’ve done many weddings, and hands down, Natasha made this one of the easiest and most enjoyable vendor experiences I’ve had. She first sent me a lead through GigSalad, then followed up warmly through email after the couple loved my repertoire, CC’d them right away, and asked what I needed to do my best— that’s already a great sign. From there, her communication was clear, kind, and consistent. She set up one main thread for all vendors, introduced herself as the single point of contact to protect the couple’s time, and added everyone to AislePlanner for easy access to timelines, layouts, and updates. She handled logistics thoughtfully: shared detailed PDFs with floor plans and piano placement early, flagged the switch to fully indoor (and the ceremony-to-reception flip), gave advance notice about playing gently since the piano was in the ceremony room, promised to cue music changes, and noted the wheelchair guest so we could all be prepared (family ramps were already in place- nice touch!). On the booking side, when the schedule ended up longer than the original GigSalad quote, she quickly checked with the couple, confirmed they were happy with an adjusted rate, and smoothly moved us off the platform to skip fees. She confirmed the deposit promptly, tested a small Venmo transfer first, and kept everything transparent and fair. Throughout, her emails stayed positive and collaborative—“I’m so excited,” “can’t wait to see your incredible work,” “hope you’re having a lovely day.” She asked for vendor preferences (meals, contact info, hours), sent final timelines with specific processional requests well in advance, and always invited feedback or questions. The day flowed beautifully because of her planning. Cues were perfect, the couple was relaxed, and everything felt effortless from my side. If you want a planner who’s organized, genuinely kind, proactive, and excellent at keeping vendors and clients happy, Natasha is outstanding. I’ve already recommended her to others and would love to work with her again. Highly recommend Park & Paloma Events and I’d say her work deserves 5 stars. Thank you, Natasha!
