Hi I’m Kelly owner & lead planner/coordiantor of Phamily events. I decided to build something that would be affordable as can be for couple’s to be able to have a planner or coordiantor on their special day and enjoy their day stress free as possible. With me there is never a wrong question unless you don’t ask it, I’m here to answer any and every question you have. I assist diy bride with set up & tear down, servers to bus your tables throughout the night as well as other services to help ensure your day can be as flawless as possible. I also offer BTS content creation on your wedding day to capture all of your in between moments.

I give all of my couples the freedom to communicate to me at any given time their services has started. I also give all of my couples the freedom on their payment plan options. I am also always transparent with my couples. On wedding day it’s the little details that I pay attention too and correct that matters 🩵

    Kelly was our day of coordinator and she was amazing. She’s very thorough and meticulous with every detail. She communicated effectively with all vendors making sure they all knew the game plan which freed us up mentally which is invaluable. She is a stress free problem solver if something is off she will handle it. On top of that, she’s just a really sweet person that anyone would be blessed to work with!

    My husband and I I hired Kelly to be our day of coordinator and our content creator. It was one of the best decisions we made when it came to planning our wedding. Kelly’s communication was top tier from start to end. She knew it exactly what to do, and took so much stress off of me from the moment we hired her. We absolutely love Kelly and would recommend her to anyone that is getting married!! Our wedding would not have been as perfect if Kelly hadn’t been involved!!!

    I am so grateful I had Kelly as my day-of coordinator! From the start, she went above and beyond to make sure every detail of my wedding was perfect. She helped me find amazing vendors (including my incredible hair and makeup artist!) and met with me weekly during the month leading up to my wedding to make sure everything was organized and exactly how I envisioned it. Kelly truly has a calming presence — something every bride needs! The week of the wedding, when my venue asked me to decide five days in advance whether to move the ceremony indoors due to weather, I was so stressed. Kelly immediately stepped in, eased my anxiety, and came up with a plan that allowed us to wait until just two hours before the ceremony to decide. Thanks to her, we were able to keep our ceremony outside, and it was absolutely beautiful! Everything went so smoothly on the wedding day, and I know that’s because of Kelly and her amazing team. She made sure I could be fully present and enjoy the day without worrying about a single detail. I couldn’t recommend With Love, Kelly Events more — she was truly a blessing and such a huge part of why our day was so perfect!
