I'm here for you! I graduated college with an associate's degree in Hospitality Management & Event Planning. Fast forward almost 6 years, I have been learning the ins and outs, the do’s and don’ts of the wedding industry. The most beautiful and rewarding feeling is watching a couple’s dream come true. Through the planning process, you form a relationship, you share laughs and sometimes tears, you get to know family & relatives, and then I get to bring everything to life.

When I say I am here for you, I truly mean it. Nothing makes me happier than seeing other people happy and I will do whatever it takes to plan your day exactly how you want it! I want you to remember all the amazing memories of your day.

    From start to finish, Randi was absolutely incredible to work with! Before our big day, Randi coordinated our rehearsal at the Church and also decorated our rehearsal dinner! She brought amazing energy and was present the entire day, keeping everything on track and making sure every detail was handled flawlessly. Randi’s calm demeanor and diligence helped us to relax and enjoy our wedding without worrying about a single thing. Her professionalism, calm energy, and attention to detail made all the difference. We can’t imagine our day without her and would recommend her to anyone planning their wedding!

    Randi was so helpful from the moment we started working with her! As it got closer to our wedding, I began to rely on her more and more and she completely stepped up to the challenge! I felt so comfortable sending her long texts/emails about all my thoughts & stresses and she always sent prompt and helpful responses. Having access to her rental inventory was an absolute GAME changer. I love that I don't have a bunch of decor that I need to now get rid of after our wedding! Day of, she was so enthusiastic and organized and knows how to work a room. She had never worked at our venue before our wedding but you would NEVER know that. We found out days after our wedding that she even ran a very important errand for us during our reception and we had no idea that there was even an issue or that she left briefly to handle it. Highly recommend her services. She will make your day run so smoothly!

    I would recommend and have been recommending Randi to absolutely anyone and everyone who will listen!!!!! She went above and beyond for my husband and myself. I originally was on the fence of getting a DOC however I quickly realized how much easier wedding planning was when we hired her. The only thing we would’ve done different would have been getting in contact with her sooner!!! She’s a breath of fresh air in the wedding planning game. She handled our bridal party as if she’s known everyone for years! She jumped right into action and everyone loved her! I 10000% recommend her!!!!

    Randi Rae Events was an absolute dream to work with for our wedding! Randi's communication style is quick, concise and always timely - she responded to any questions we had within a day. Her work quality and attention to detail were perfect. She was completely trustworthy and attentive through the entire planning process and on the big day. Some examples that stood out: she was instrumental in efficiently setting up and breaking down the event space and made sure everything was neatly packed away afterwards. Randi also kept the entire event running precisely on time! She truly thinks of everything - she even had scissors, tape, pins and helped remove my veil when needed. I wholeheartedly recommend Randi for your important event planning needs. Her organizational skills, responsiveness and eye for detail ensure everything runs smoothly.
