The owner, Erica, also has a strong passion for travel and new experiences, so this idealism is also derived from her love of genuine adventures throughout the world and in life. Erica is an experienced hospitality professional with various experience ranging from hotels, country clubs, resorts, ranches, and more. She is also a Wedding MBA: Certified Event Planner and Designer. The team that makes Rustic Roots a family is dedicated, passionate, attentive to detail, and pure with their intentions to create luxe events and making moments memorable!

    Erica is the best of the best!!

    As a photographer, I cannot emphasize enough how incredibly valuable it is to work alongside a planner who not only cares deeply for their clients, but also genuinely supports and advocates for the entire vendor team. Erica embodies that in every sense. From the moment we connected leading up to the wedding day, her communication was incredibly thoughtful, detailed, and organized. She made sure every vendor felt prepared and aligned, which sets the tone for a seamless and successful event. On the wedding day, she went above and beyond in every way. She was constantly checking in not only on the couple, but on each vendor as well, making sure everyone had what they needed and that the day was flowing smoothly. That level of awareness and intentionality is rare, and it makes such a difference. Because of Erica, I was able to fully focus on serving the couple and doing my job well, knowing everything else was being handled with care and excellence. From a vendor-to-vendor perspective, working with Erica is truly such a gift. She creates an environment that is calm, collaborative, and supportive, which ultimately leads to a better experience for everyone involved, especially the couple. Beyond her professionalism, she is simply a joy to be around. She brings such a genuine, kind presence and clearly has a heart for serving her couples in the best way possible! I am incredibly grateful that I had the opportunity to work alongside Erica. It was an absolute honor, and I would recommend her a thousand times over!!

    The planners are great. Very professional, communicative, and attentive to the couple. I first witnessed their service and dedication at a friend’s wedding and was thoroughly impressed. I would recommend!
