Day-Of Coordination Includes: •Coordination begins six weeks before your wedding •Two planning meetings (including your final venue walkthrough) •Up to 10 hours of on-site coordination on your wedding day •Wedding day timeline + layout creation and execution •Vendor confirmation and day-of management •Rehearsal and ceremony coordination •Decor set-up •Distribution of final payments and tips to vendors •Load-out at the end of the night

    Best wedding experience!!

    Stacy is truly the best! She made my whole wedding day run so smoothly and kept everything totally stress-free. She’s super organized and thought of every little detail.. even things I never would’ve considered. We had a few last-minute changes, and she handled them like a pro without any stress.
