At Sunset & Silk, you’ll work directly with me, Janell Greenwood, along with my wedding specialist who supports coordination, communication, and client care. Together, we provide a boutique, personalized experience backed by Cruise Planners®, a nationally recognized travel agency network.

We generally take on only one wedding per month to ensure we’re fully available for you and your guests in the weeks leading up to and during your destination wedding. This allows us to provide the attention, care, and boutique experience you deserve, with every detail customized to your vision.

It depends. Absolutely! We can provide onsite day-of coordination at your destination. For larger weddings, this may be offered complimentary. For small to medium-sized weddings, it’s available for an additional fee. Many couples choose not to add this service since most resorts already have a dedicated onsite wedding team. However, if you’d prefer to be completely hands-off and fully present during your wedding adventure, we’re happy to step in and handle those details for you.

No, we don’t charge for our destination wedding planning services. Our fees are covered when we book your travel and accommodations. The only time there may be an additional charge is for optional services, such as onsite day-of coordination at the destination or other custom requests.
