Founded in 2010, Sweet Blossom Weddings is a full service wedding planning boutique based in San Diego. We understand that love is in the details and your wedding is an experience that should last a lifetime for you and your guests. Our goal is to design a wedding that is unique to the couple and defines their personality through working together one-on-one in a relaxed and stress-free environment. With our guidance and expertise, we will help you with your wedding, your vision, and your dreams to make it the most memorable day.

We are equipped with industry knowledge and creative design sense. With our extensive experience in the wedding industry and our friendly and personable staff, we have established our reputation for being one of the most sought after wedding coordinators in San Diego. All of our services include three planners on the day of your wedding. The Lead Planner is your main go-to planner who will be there from beginning to end troubleshooting the day and making sure it's perfect! The second is a Set Up Assistant who will help set up your personal items. The third is a Bridal Concierge who will be your personal assistant throughout the day.

Working with the Sweet Blossom team for our special day was amazing! From the first call with the owner Melissa, to every interaction with our lead coordinator Dionne, they were great. Dionne was truly incredible and played such a huge role in making our wedding everything we dreamed of and more. From the very beginning, she was there every step of the way by guiding us through decisions, offering thoughtful advice, and always making us feel confident about our choices. Dionne has such a calm, kind presence that instantly puts you at ease. She was always so supportive and affirming, which made the entire process actually enjoyable. On the wedding day itself, everything ran absolutely perfectly. If anything went wrong behind the scenes, we had no idea because Dionne and her team handled it all seamlessly. That allowed us, our families, and our guests to simply relax and fully enjoy the day without worrying about a single detail. Dionne is organized, professional, incredibly kind, and truly passionate about what she does. We felt so lucky to have her by our side throughout the entire process. We can’t say enough great things about Dionne and the Sweet Blossom Team! From start to finish, she was absolutely incredible. She was always on top of every detail, organized, calm, and such a joy to work with. Throughout the entire planning process, she made everything feel easy and stress-free — we always felt like we were in great hands. Her immaculate planning and preparedness is what led to our wedding day going perfectly. Truly nothing went wrong, and that’s entirely thanks to Dionne’s (and her team's) hard work and attention to detail. We were able to fully relax and enjoy the day, knowing she had everything handled behind the scenes. We are honored to share this unsolicited review about our Nov 2024 wedding. We cannot express enough gratitude to the entire SBW wedding team, and especially to our coordinator, Jasmine. If you’re planning a cultural event—particularly an Indian-hybrid wedding—she is an absolute must-have. Jasmine brought a perfect combination of experience, poise, and confidence that helped us stay on track, stay sane, and truly leave our worries at the door. She managed multiple challenges with incredible success—both the ones we were aware of and undoubtedly many others that we weren’t. Throughout the planning process, Jasmine was a dream to work with—always easy to communicate with and incredibly flexible, especially during the crunch time leading up to the wedding. She consistently took ownership of tasks, ensuring they were completed with care, and even stepped in to assist in areas we didn’t expect. On the big day, Jasmine was nothing short of a rock star. She and the SBW team handled so many moving parts with ease and grace. Any issues brought to her attention were either already being addressed or resolved in a flash. We truly could not have done this without her, and we are so grateful that Jasmine and the entire SBW team were part of our big, multi-cultural day.

looking for a wedding planner? Look no further. Sweet Blossom Weddings is the one to choose! My daughter AND son planned their wedding dates within one week of the other. One lives in San Diego and the other, in San Francisco…and I live in Scottsdale. Needless to say, I needed help and immediately! I did my due diligence in researching planners, florists, DJ’s, etc. I selected SBW for my daughter’s wedding and I know I made THE right choice. Melissa and her team were easy to work with: communication, responses to my numerous and redundant questions were timely, accommodating my requests were done with friendliness and understanding. My husband and I were able to be present and thoroughly enjoy the wedding. The wedding was flawless and no detail was left undone. Comments from our guests were positive: fun, seamless, and beautiful. We were and are happy with our choice to work with Melissa and her team!
