Her attention to detail and ability to handle any situation that arises with grace and ease allows her couples to relax and enjoy their wedding day. Lindsay not only plans weddings for our Simply Elegant couples but also trains our entire team of planners to ensure that every Simply Elegant wedding is flawless and our client's vision is fulfilled.

We help you celebrate that love in a stress-free and present way (and we’ll even save you some money along the way.) Our mission is to help you celebrate your love in a way that you love and with stress and overwhelm. After more than fifteen years in the business, and 4,500+ weddings under our collective belt, we have become the go-to wedding planning team for couples looking for a stress-free planning experience + joyful wedding day. Description

If you want an expert by your side every step of the process, choose this option. From the moment you sign with us until your marriage license is in the mail, we’ll be by your side to collaborate, make decisions, and see to it that your plans are executed perfectly down to the very last detail.

With this package, we work alongside you to best support you through the planning process. This package also includes a budget meeting, two timeline meetings, and support with the design of your wedding. In addition, we join you on your wedding day to support you for 10 hours to be certain the plans we made together go off without a hitch!

60 days before your wedding day, we are there to walk through the details and your venue with you. We will work with you to determine your timeline-- assuring that every detail is carefully aligned for your special day. On the day of your wedding, two planners will be there to support you for 10 hours so that you can relax and be present to enjoy the moment!

    Best Wedding Planning Decision Ever!

    Truly can’t recommend SEG enough. We worked with Victoria, in Austin, TX. From the moment she stepped in, her attention to detail and coordination made everything flow seamlessly. She was extremely effective in her communication with vendors, often going to bat for our interests and helping us get the best ROI. Our wedding day felt smooth, beautiful, and completely stress-free—and that’s almost entirely because of her. Every detail felt thoughtful and intentional. Our guests are still talking about how gorgeous and well-organized everything was. We were able to be fully present and actually enjoy the day, which is the best gift we could have asked for. She also handled a last-minute switch to the rain plan flawlessly. What could have been stressful ended up feeling just as special and well thought-out as Plan A, which says a lot about her flexibility and expertise. If you’re considering working with SEG, don't think twice. And if they'll let you, ask for Victoria specificallly. She will make your day better in every way.

    Wedding Planning with SEG/Victoria

    We LOVED working with the Simply Elegant Group from beginning to end. Lindsay responded right away to our inquiry and helped us find a package that fit our budget. Brenda, our client concierge, was a great communicator, easy to schedule with and introduced us to the amazing SEG Wedding Workbook which helped us kickstart the process while waited for our planner to be assigned. Then, we met Victoria a month out and we cannot say enough about how wonderful she is. Victoria is professional, organized, extremely detail oriented and brings the best energy to the table! We had been planning our wedding for months leading up to meeting Victoria so I was nervous "handing over the reigns" and couldn't imagine how she could catch up to speed so quickly... but she did that, and so much more. She exceeded our every expectation and my only regret was not having started with her sooner! The Monday before our wedding, the entire wedding plan had to change due to weather and Victoria was cool as a cucumber and on a mission to iron out all the details so we could just relax and focus on our big day. She helped us with an entirely new layout, updated all of our vendors, and she and her day-of assistant (Monica!) brought our vision to life in an entirely different space. It was magical and I tear up just thinking about it. Victoria executed everything flawlessly, kept my husband (so fun to say!) and I on time, made sure we were fed and had drinks the whole night and even helped us iron out some snafus that arose with the venue. If you are getting married in the Austin area, go with SEG and ask for Victoria. She is the absolute best and she deserves 10/10 stars because everything went topsy-turvy in the final hour and she handled it like a wedding planning Queen! Thank you so much SEG, and Victoria and Monica for making our wedding perfect. We don't know what we would have done without you!!!

    A smooth and stress free day

    We had Katie as our day-of wedding coordinator and the day was an absolute dream! I can't even list everything that she took care of because she was so GOOD at keeping the stress away from me (the bride). We had a bit of a complicated set up with multiple locations and unpredictable weather, but the day went off without a hitch. I would definitely recommend The Simply Elegant Group, and specifically Katie, to whoever is looking for a little extra help on the day of.

    Highly Recommend!

    Emma and Diya did such a fabulous job as our wedding coordinators. They were incredibly responsive, helpful, and reliable throughout the entire process. From planning to the big day, they truly took the stress off our shoulders and made everything feel seamless and easy. We were able to fully enjoy our wedding knowing everything was in such capable hands. This was absolutely money well spent and, honestly, a must for any couple planning their wedding in the Chicago area!
