I'm Claire. I opened WedWell in 2014 after I had a terrible experience with the planner for my wedding (which is why I aim for a low stress, high fun planning environment). With over a decade of experience in events, it was time that I started helping couples through the wedding planning process. I love all things weddings: the couples, the venues, the uniqueness, the love, the families, the vows, the toasts, the dancing, the photo booths, the cake (well, any dessert really). I love working with all couples because I truly believe love is love. So let's get started!

Before WedWell...I went to Villanova University (Go Nova!) and received a degree in Psychology. Then I attended New York University, where I received my Master's degree in Counseling - which comes in handy during wedding planning! Beyond that, I feel like I have a unique attitude toward planning. I want to be highly organized - down to the tiniest detail - but then I carry a laid back demeanor into the day so everyone can simply enjoy themselves - vendors, couples, and guests!

Description

With full service planning, we help with the whole planning process from venue selection to when the last guest leaves at the end of your wedding - and everything in between.

We consider partial planning "everything but the venue" full service planning. We get involved after you've found your venue. Then we help find the vendors and keep you on track through the end of the wedding day. We meet regularly and you'll get regular email support.

You can hire us for a individual consulting session starting at $200 - a one-time 90-minute conversation about your wedding with no additional commitment to services.

With "day-of" coordination, you'll get basic email support from the date of hire. Then, full service coordination kicks in eight weeks prior to your wedding day, which includes two timeline review consulting sessions, timeline and floor plan creation and management, final confirmations, and day-of setup and coordination.

    Claire is the best!

    Working with WedWell was such a relief from start to finish. Their team kept our communication flowing smoothly and stayed organized throughout the entire planning process, which meant we didn't have to stress about the details. On our wedding day, they kept the energy up and let us just enjoy the moment without worrying about anything going wrong. WedWell was there for every step, from the big decisions to the small touches that made our day special. They proved to be dependable partners who really cared about making our vision come to life.     Claire is amazing!!!

    Claire was everything I could have wanted in a wedding planner and then some! On the business side, she was beyond incredible handling all organization and paperwork with our vendors, helping us prioritize tasks on our tight 3-month timeline, coordinating all venue requirements and timelines, and truly making sure every last detail or scenario was accounted for. On the personal side, Claire could not have been kinder, more patient, and a true joy to work with! It speaks for itself that every vendor we reached out to was thrilled to find out Claire was our planner and excited to work with her again. The wedding day could not have gone smoother, and she really was a master at herding cats (aka our families) to ensure everyone knew where to be and when. If there were any hiccups on the day we had no idea, she was on top of everything so we could just enjoy. I could go on forever and wish I could give more stars!

    WedWell Review - Rule of Thirds Wedding

    Claire was like the quarterback of our wedding day. From the weeks leading up to the day through the whole night, she kept everything running smoothly and stress free. Her familiarity with Rule of Thirds and their staff made a huge difference, and she handled all logistics, vendors, and timing seamlessly. She was calm, organized, and totally on top of every detail. She also made us an awesome Instagram reel that let us relive the night afterward! Highly recommend using Claire!!

    The Wed Well Team is Awesome!

    The WedWell team are, well, wedding experts! They perfectly meet you where you are across the entire wedding planning experience, whether it's a sounding board for an idea, a difficult email to a vendor, some updates to a spreadsheet they will make it easy! I especially think that their on the ground work is top notch. There were moments during our reception where I forgot we planned the whole thing. Thanks for all your amazing work!!!
