There isn’t anything that we won’t do to ensure that our weddings are one of the best days of each couple’s life. We make it a top priority to go above and beyond for our wedding couples by providing an excellent & fulfilling experience. Our goal is to make sure that every wedding couple feels loved, seen, heard, and supported. We love being able to come alongside wedding couples, grasp their vision & then make their dream wedding come to life.

We support our couples from the moment they book all the way through their wedding day. Wedding planning is no easy task but when you have the right team, by your side, this journey will be something you enjoy and love. We provide coordination or partial planning for destination weddings, depending on couple's choice. Services provided depends upon which package the couple chooses. Travel fees will apply

8-12 hours of coordination (addt'l services depending on package) In-person meetings, Zooms, unlimited phone & email, rehearsal coordination, set up of all decor for ceremony & reception, detailed wedding guide w/ timelines, vendor coordination prior to & day of, distribute bouquets & pin boutonnières, coordination of processional & recessional, execute seamless transitions, troubleshoot emergencies, assist guests, distribute vendor gratuities

We offer coordination or partial planning services for elopements or microweddings. The services provided will depend upon the couple's choice of package. Travel fees may apply depending on location

    As a wedding photographer, I can confidently say Maria is a total rockstar. She’s timely, incredibly organized, and always ten steps ahead — which means the entire day runs smoothly from start to finish. Beyond that, she’s caring, attentive, and truly invested in her couples. And let’s not forget… she’s FUN. Her energy is contagious, she keeps everyone on track, and she makes the whole experience better for both clients and vendors. I always get excited when I see her name on a timeline — because I know it’s going to be an amazing, seamless day. Any couple would be lucky to have her and her team!

    I’ve had the pleasure as a DJ professional to work with Maria multiple times. Since day one, she has been the definition of consistency, organization, and vision, which is what I believe every couple needs/deserves in a coordinator for such a monumental occasion.     Maria at Wolford Weddings and her assistant Brandy were simply the best! Maria was professional from the time she took us on to the very end. We had zoom calls, an in person meeting, and a dress rehearsal that took away all the stress of executing our wedding. If we had questions she had the answers or found them out! She was very knowledgeable! She was always on time and gave great advice/ suggestions on aspects of the wedding. She coordinated with all our vendors and the venue so we didn't need to. We were extremely happy with the wedding from beginning to end. We loved that Maria cared about the little details. If decor was lacking in a spot she she was prepared to make it aesthetically pleasing. Last minute the venue borrowed an arch and she made sure to get it set up and beautiful, she even found some fabric to drape over it! Made for a gorgeous backdrop for the ceremony and photos! She even had electrolyte mix for me when my legs cramped up on the dance floor! Also, my heart was so warmed when I seen her assistant Brandy helping my grandparents get their food. It's the little things like that kind act that makes for memorable/ touching moments. They truly went above and beyond what you would expect from a wedding coordinator! If you want someone who truly cares about the entire wedding process from beginning to end AND about you, your future spouse, your family and guests then book Wolford Weddings! Seriously, what are you waiting for!? *Also, our family and guests even had great things to say about Maria and her team!
