Historic 1933 Spanish home offering Old World charm, lush surroundings, and exclusive, high-end privacy. Large, manicured grounds ideal for outdoor ceremonies, featuring a pool and spa area for a unique, upscale garden wedding. The venue has a 1068 sq ft detached guest house (perfect for bridal parties), a fully remodeled interior with 6-8 bedrooms, custom and a professional-grade kitchen. Located in Phoenix, it offers a tranquil yet central location. Features a built-in BBQ/bar area, a private, climate-controlled wine room, and extensive patio spaces suitable for cocktail hours.

The Outdoor Courtyard at Chateau des Arts is a vibrant, resort-style entertaining space that beautifully blends Spanish-Mediterranean architecture with playful, modern accents. Pristine white stucco walls and classic terracotta rooflines are brought to life by bold pink, black, and white striped window awnings and lush landscaping, including vibrant citrus trees. A wide, red brick walkway leads the eye toward an elegant arched breezeway, while geometric concrete pavers set in manicured turf branch off toward the seating areas.
