We had our wedding at Craftwood in February and although there were a few bumps in the day, overall it was a great choice for our big day. The food was just what we asked for, the decorations were set up just how we wanted them, and most of the staff was phenomenal. Our day of coordinator Katrina did an amazing job as well, and made sure the first part of the event went great, but a thing we were not told was we only had her until dinner and then it was the DJ's and our banquet captains job to make sure things ran smoothly the rest of the night, and then she was gone. We were not informed of this until she came to say goodbye at the wedding while we were eating dinner, which is not a day of coordinator, due to her leaving I felt like I had no point of contact other than the banquet captain Israel who was amazing and did awesome and I have no complaints about his work, but it was first time meeting him, and he had not gone over anything with us about how the day was suppose to go. Another thing was the hot chocolate bar, when we went to the tasting event in November the hot coco bar was setup in a jar with it all mixed, and these nice big peppermint sticks, and what looked like really nice freshly made whipped cream. My husband was so excited, and it was the one of few time throughout this entire process of planning he was so sure about wanting something. What we got for the wedding was a container with hot coco packets to mix with hot water, a bottle of ready whip, and tiny little candy canes. When mentioned all we got was it seemed like management changed it since then sorry. Another thing was the security they had hired for the night, I was told the next day he spent time flirting with my sister, and then harassing my husband at the end of the night as we were trying to clean up, telling him to go wait in the car, and be quiet, even though he was not yelling, and just trying to help get our stuff out to the car. Lastly was the DJ did they do there job yes, did they play the 10 songs we requested yes, but the energy was not there, when they spoke they could barley be heard. When it was time to dance they played all of the group dance songs 20 minutes into the reception back to back, I know some people do not like but me and my family do so it sucked that those were done not even an hour into dancing. I just feel like the DJ is suppose to help keep the energy and fun going. I had read other mixed reviews on the DJs, and its because they use a third party service who does not assign you a DJ till a month before, and then we only talked to our DJ for 20 minutes over videocall a week before the wedding. So my suggestion would be to almost find your own DJ and not use theirs. I dont know if I would use Wedgewood again or recommend it, I loved the venue and everything, but when I look back at the day, there are just things that bug me and make me feel like it could have been better, and there are things I wish I could fix. They ask for feedback and then nothing is done, I filled out their comment card, and talked to the coordinator after the wedding, and I have not heard from anyone higher up letting me know they are looking into things, or the reason for the bait and switch with the hot cocoa bar. I have waited almost a month to make this review to give them the chance to reach out and nothing.

From the moment my husband and I first reached out to Craftwood Peak by Wedgewood Weddings, their team was incredibly communicative and responsive. Katrina, Dan, Maggie and Natalie all went above and beyond to ensure our special day was truly memorable. Natalie in particular surprised us with so many thoughtful touches, like personalized letters and making sure we always had a drink in hand. The venue itself was stunning, with breathtaking views of the mountains and plenty of beautiful photo locations. We were blown away by the value we received - the space was massive yet the pricing was very reasonable. Every single staff member had a warm smile on their face and contributed to making our wedding day absolutely perfect. We couldn't be happier with our experience at Craftwood Peak and highly recommend this venue to any couple looking for an incredible wedding celebration.

We just got married at Craftwood Peak and I cannot say enough good things about them. The coordinators were excellent, the food was great, the bar service was top notch, and we used all their recommended vendors except for the photographer. They helped us customize anything we wanted to, and they allowed us to hire the Rocky Mountain Beverage Burros to pass drinks during cocktail hour. Honestly choosing to get married there and work with them was one of the best decisions we made through our entire process. So many of our guests said that it was the best wedding they'd ever been to, and they've been to lots of weddings. Some of our guests worked in the wedding industry and were all impressed about how perfectly the night was managed. I highly recommend them. Special shout-outs to Natalie, Landon, and Katie for being incredible to work with and making sure our day was perfect. Our DJ Maggie kept the night running smoothly and made sure the dance floor was hopping.

I couldn’t be happier with how my wedding went! There was a bit of a snafu booking a tour of the venue, but they made it up to me and I was able to book the venue of my dreams. My wedding coordinator, Violet, and banquet coordinator, Landon, set everything up perfectly and took care of me throughout the evening. They made sure me and the groom were able to enjoy everything and didn’t miss out on apps, the meal, and every special moment. Everyone loved our bartender, Dan. Our servers, Israel and Jenny, and the chef, John, put on and served an amazing feast for us and our guests. The DJ, Emily, kept us to our schedule and kept the party vibe going all evening. I can’t forget to thank the dishwasher, Audrey, for being there to help. The photographer from Tina Joiner Photography, Amanda, did an amazing job capturing our cherished memories. The cake from Sugar Plum Cake Shoppe was so delicious and beautiful, and was such a hit with all of our guests we had none left over. The flowers from Dawn’s Creations were absolutely perfect and I got to help make my bouquet which couldn’t have been more perfect. It was the most amazing night of my life and I am so thankful to the Craftwood for all they did for us! They made everything so easy for me to plan, they work with amazing vendors, and they took extra care through every step of the process. All of our guests couldn’t stop raving about how gorgeous the venue was and how fun the wedding was.
