Two October 2026 Inclusive Wedding Packages available. Includes your Wedding Venue, fairy lights, DJ, Wedding Planning, Fire Pit, Lawn Games and overnight bedrooms all weekend for 14 guests.
About this venue
Greenock Manor is a 150 year old Farmhouse with towering giant trees. The Manor is a beautiful restored traditional American Victorian style farmhouse with a delightful wrap around balcony. We aim at a homely feel for our bridal families to reduce stress. We include a ton of props - so please visit us - we look so forward to meeting you. We set up the ceremony chairs for our couples as well as the tables and chairs for the reception area before you arrive for your wedding day to reduce stress. Any decor items you need are set up by us such as shepherd hooks, easels, signs and much more. We also include lawn games and we have a firepit for use to add extra ambience. Best part we are across the road from the nearest hotel so guests can walk to our venue AND up to 18 guests can sleep over at Greenock for the whole weekend - so many more happy memories. We can include a planner to manage your wedding on your wedding day too!

Extra Cottages available on request. Wedding rehearsal and setting up done Friday evening to reduce stress and so much more! Nearest hotel 5min walk away for additional guests!
SUNDAY BUDGET WEDDING PACKAGE

Arrive Sunday 12noon. Includes most of what you will need in terms of tables, chairs, dance floor, coolers, cake displays, seating chart, 800ft of fairy lights, lawn games and other decor items. The Honeymoon suite is included for the full day - the bride and groom stays over night in the honeymoon suite. 6 additonal bedrooms available at Greenock for an additional charge. Nearest hotel is a 5min walk from us.
THURSDAY WEDDING PACKAGE
2-100 guests
Peak pricing $3,250-3,700
Off-peak pricing $1,500-3,250
Check in Thursday morning 9am and check out Friday morning. Includes most of what you will need in terms of tables, chairs, dance floor, coolers, cake displays, seating chart, 800ft of fairy lights, lawn games and other decor items. The Honeymoon suite is included for the full day - the bride and groom stays over night in the honeymoon suite. It also includes a room for the groom and groomsmen to get ready in. Nearest hotel is a 5min walk from us.

September Wedding
We got married at Greenock Manor, and it was truly the best experience! It was supposed to rain on our wedding day, but Chanel went above and beyond to keep us calm and had every backup plan ready to go. She made sure everything ran perfectly so we could actually relax and enjoy the day. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful — our guests couldn’t stop talking about how gorgeous everything was. We couldn’t have imagined a more perfect place to get married!

Perfect Venue
We had the pleasure of hosting our wedding at Greenock Manor, and we could not have asked for a better experience. From start to finish, Chanel—who not only runs the venue but also served as our wedding coordinator and planner—was truly phenomenal. She is incredibly sweet, attentive, and went above and beyond to help us create a weekend we’ll never forget. Chanel connected us with amazing vendors, including our caterer, DJ, officiant, and photographer, and made the entire planning process feel seamless. She helped to ensure we were getting good prices, and she was always accommodating, communicative, responsive, and wonderfully organized, which made us feel completely at ease leading up to the big day. The venue itself is stunning—elegant, charming, and full of character. Our wedding was in late April, and the venue grounds were lush and vibrant with greenery and flowers. One of the highlights was the ample on-site lodging, which allowed the wedding party to stay with us over the weekend. Being able to spend extra time with our close friends and loved ones in such a beautiful setting made everything even more special. After the wedding, we took advantage of the fire pit on the property, and it turned out to be the perfect way to wind down with our wedding party and share a few more laughs before the weekend came to a close. We can’t recommend Greenock Manor—and Chanel—highly enough. It was everything we dreamed of and more.

Greenock Manor was an absolutely beautiful venue for our wedding. Their communication throughout the planning process was excellent - they were incredibly responsive and made sure we had all the information we needed. On the day of, their flawless attention to detail and execution meant that I didn't have to worry about a single thing. The ceremony and reception spaces were perfect, and the quality of their work was truly outstanding. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would - our wedding day was absolutely perfect thanks to the incredible team at Greenock Manor.

Beautiful venue
spent a whole weekend here for my wedding. If you're looking for a stress free and organized wedding Chanel is your girl. She had a complete timeline for all things and makes sure the bride doesn't have to do a thing. Her venue is very beautiful, vintage, and just perfect! The rooms are beautiful, however the only downfall we had were the beds were not comfortable at all which made it difficult to fall asleep. We had her husband Jim officiate our wedding as well, he is just as helpful and sweet as Chanel is.

The full weekend packages help reduce stress and add lots more time for memories that are cherished forever and the sparkler send off is always so much fun. Ps. The mattresses are memory foam and most people love them and sleep in as they are so comfy - but I guess there are some who prefer a harder mattress. We have 2 bedroom suites that have a sturdier orthopedic mattress and should you visit us for any anniversary we will book those for you both we would love to have you visit us again in future. Wishing you both so much more love and happiness in your future together.
