About this venue
Hyla Brook Estate is a stunning band new private 9 acre garden estate that offers breathtaking year round modern farmhouse events. We opened our barn doors in October 2024! We have multiple indoor and outdoor spaces to choose from, ideal for weddings, corporate events, showers, anniversaries holiday parties, and many other special occasions! We offer a full day 15 hour venue rental from May - October (Friday - Sunday) and hourly rentals during the week from November - April. We offer two getting ready suites, 6 options for outdoor / covered ceremony + cocktail hour locations, 6 gender neutral restrooms, option to bring in your own caterer, affordable bar package options, one event per day and so much added value including our Something Borrowed Collection, stocked bathroom baskets + mini fridge in each getting ready suite with complimentary non-alcoholic beverages, snack basket and coffee bar stations! Hyla Brook Estate wedding
We had the most wonderful experience working with Kim and the Hyla Brook Estate team for our wedding. Their communication was easy, thorough, and detailed throughout the planning process. They were so easy to work with and made the process enjoyable for us. The venue itself is a beautiful modern farmhouse with so many ways to decorate - they truly helped us create a wonderful Christmas/winter wonderland for our special day. They completely understood our vision, took thoughtful care with every detail and brought it to life. Wedding day was so relaxed and stress free for us as they handled every detail and made sure the day went smoothly for us. We are beyond happy that we decided to trust Hyla Brook Estate with such an important day for us and absolutely love how everything turned out!

Hyla Brook Estate was the perfect venue for our wedding. The space was absolutely beautiful, with stunning natural scenery that provided a gorgeous backdrop for our ceremony and reception. The staff thought of every little detail to make our day run smoothly, and our day-of coordinator, Ashley, was simply the best. Ashley was incredibly helpful, responsive, and made sure the whole process went off without a hitch. We honestly don't know how we would have gotten through it all without her guidance and support. We will genuinely miss talking to Ashley so often now that the wedding is over. Hyla Brook Estate and their incredible team made our wedding day truly unforgettable.

Hyla Brook Estate Staff went above and beyond for my wedding on 9/12/25. The venue is meticulous, overprepared, and organized. I did not worry for a second on the day-of whether or not things were in the right place, etc. The venue is classic and clean, and nothing was out of place! Could not have imagined a more beautiful setting for my picture perfect day!
