The Barn at Lavender Hills wedding and event venue is nestled in 58 acres in the foothills of the Smoky Mountains, 5 miles south of downtown Maryville, TN. Breathtaking mountain views with a brand new horse barn tastefully clad in white with wrap around veranda porches. The venue feautures ambient fireplaces, changing areas, restrooms with abundant AC/heat for any weather. The venue is continually evolving with lavender plots, outdoor golf driving range, vineyards, outdoor chimney, gazebos, ample parking, Tennessee wildflower fields, rolling hills, creeks, ponds, holiday events and many activities.

From the moment my husband and I first reached out to Lavender Hills Venue, their communication was amazing, precise, personal and warm. We couldn’t have asked for a better venue. We had a late October wedding and the gorgeous smoky mountain views added so much to our special day! We were specifically looking for a space where we had the flexibility to select our own vendors and as a 'blank' venue this was perfect. Thank you Lavender Hills!

Yes

The capacity of the barn is about 300 people, excluding servers, bartenders and staff. Additional 150+ capacity may be created by adding white tents.

We just require they be insured. We also have a preferred vendor list.

Yes, in the parking area. We ask all cigarette butts be put in the ash trays and/or outdoor chimney. We ask the guests be considerate and not ash anywhere on flammable grass and hay. NO, it is not allowed inside the barn. There are financial penalties for guests smoking inside the barn.

There are restrooms for women and men/handicapped accessible. There is a changing area for brides and a room for storage. There are several AC/heat units, fans, several options for indoor and deck lighting. There are rocking chairs and tables on both sides of the barn. The guests may wander the property inside most cordoned off areas.

Yes, valet parking is available at the rate of $35 for up to 24 hours.

Yes, all our facilities are wheelchair accessible. We also have ramps at the main and side entrances, hearing-impaired fire alarm lights, and trained staff.
