Booking our wedding at Lombardi’s on the Bay has been such a wonderful experience, and so much of that is thanks to Jeannie. From the moment we first met with her, she made us feel completely comfortable and genuinely excited about planning our wedding. My fiancé and I are juggling a lot right now — planning a wedding while raising our baby — and Jeannie has made the entire process feel easy and stress-free. She took the time to answer all of our questions, explain every detail, and never once made us feel rushed or overwhelmed. What really stood out was how personal she made the experience. She truly cares about the couples she works with and made us feel like our wedding day mattered just as much to her as it does to us. Her organization, communication, and warmth made such a difference in what can sometimes feel like an overwhelming process. We left our meeting feeling so confident that we chose the right place to celebrate such an important moment in our lives.
