About this venue

Enter maman King and instantly be transported to a garden in the south of France for your wedding, bridal shower, engagement party, rehearsal dinner or farewell brunch. With our faux floral installations, antique wooden tables and signature blue and white patterned china, our space is completely "event ready". With a full bar, wall of windows and high ceiling adorned with a lush garden, this room is spacious with a cozy feel. It's ideal for mingling on arrival with cocktails and canapes, followed by a seated family style meal including our exquisite maman desserts. We can also host intimate wedding ceremonies on site if you're looking for an all-in-one location. Our team is warm and professional, with a dedicated planner from start to finish, and an option to add a day of "onsite planner" to manage all the details on your special day. Maman King can accommodate up to 50 guests seated, or up to 100-120 guests for a mingling cocktail style reception.

hosts are permitted to bring in additional outside décor for their events. depending on the extent of this outside decor, clients may need to add set up time to their contract. please note that fresh flowers are not included, however each maman location does have a limited amount of "faux" floral bud vases in house, which can be used for private events, although we cannot commit to quantities in advance. a list of our preferred vendors can be found on our website at mamanevents.com. (*note that we do not allow confetti)

private events, unless otherwise arranged are for a duration of 2 hours, with an additional 30 minutes of client access pre-event & 30 minutes post event. additional hours are available at an extra fee. occupying the space beyond the confirmed times will result in an additional hourly charge of $1000 per hour/or $500 per half hour.

to reserve date & time, your event must be confirmed with a non-refundable deposit of $500 + tax at least two weeks in advance. note the event menus must be confirmed 2 weeks in advance and final headcount, 4 days in advance.

if the cancellation occurs after the deposit has been made, we will retain the deposit (non-refundable deposit). if you must cancel more than three weeks in advance, you will not be held responsible for the rest of your invoice. if the cancellation occurs within three weeks of the date of the event, 50% of invoice shall be paid. if the cancellation occurs within 4 days of the date of the event, full payment of the confirmed invoice shall be paid. if you have to reschedule, you may be responsible for part of, if not your full invoice based on the terms above. these will be handled on a situation by situation basis.

no outside food or drink is allowed (unless otherwise discussed and approved with your event planner)
