From birthday parties and showers to rehearsal dinners, weddings, community fundraisers, and corporate gatherings, our spaces can be tailored to fit occasions both big and small. You’ll also have the guidance of our on-site event planner, who will help you create an event that reflects your vision and brings people together with ease. The three-acre Sculpture Garden features winding pathways, native plantings, and an amphitheater, creating an ideal setting to experience contemporary art outdoors in historic Ridgefield. Perfect for ceremonies, tented events without amplified music, and cocktail receptions, this exclusive venue is available for a limited number of events each year. Events occur during non-public hours.

Beautiful venue inside and out!
The Museum is gorgeous inside and out, making it an amazing place to host an event. The Sculpture Garden is stunning and perfect for an outdoor ceremony and/or reception -- the contemporary art alongside the Museum's architecture make for an incredible backdrop for photos and a memorable setting for your guests to enjoy. The Aldrich staff is responsive, attentive, and a pleasure to work with overall -- they make planning an event even easier. I cannot recommend this venue enough!
Such a GREAT venue for our party!!
When my husband asked me where I wanted to stage my milestone birthday party, I immediately knew that The Aldrich Contemporary Art Museum would be the perfect venue. Its location in stunning, historic, downtown Ridgefield and the museum's striking architecture made it an easy choice. That coupled with how it helped convey our love and appreciation for art, truly thrilled us. The staff there could not have been easier to work with and helped make the event perfect. Our guests had such a wonderful time viewing the art in the various galleries in between enjoying food and cocktails in the spectacular lobby. It all just screamed elegance and sophistication. I can't recommend it enough!
Birthday Party at the Museum
I hosted a milestone birthday party for about 80 people at the museum and it was fabulous. The space is beautiful and the Aldrich staff is VERY easy to work with. It was a total success. Would highly recommend hosting events at The Aldrich!
