The Crofoot is a family owned and operated venue and event planning company committed to providing top-notch customer service in a clean, safe, and inviting environment. The Crofoot Ballroom
The Crofoot Ballroom is the largest space in the Crofoot complex The room can accommodate up to 300 guests for a seated event and even more for strolling parties. A popular music venue, the Ballroom has a special place in the hearts and minds of Metro Detroit music fans. Direct access to an outdoor patio, balcony, large stage, and basement green room makes this room perfect for ceremonies and receptions alike.

The Pike Room
The Pike Room is an intimate second floor space that can accommodate 250 standing guests and is fully configurable for seated events. This is a terrific room for smaller gatherings or as a break-away room for the Ballroom. Some hosts choose to offer the Pike Room as an additional dance space or themed bar.

The Crofoot Café
The Crofoot Café is a comfortable first floor space with large, floor-to-ceiling windows. In the summer, an outdoor extension can be added to supplement the bright indoor space. The Café can be used as an entrance and/or check-in space for your event, or utilized for coffee service, a specialty whiskey bar, or late night snack lounge. This space can accommodate 75 guests on its own, and when combined with the Ballroom, adds another environment for guest to explore.

The Vernors Room
The Vernors Room is an outstanding small venue, perfect for parties seeking an extraordinary environment. The Vernors Room, which includes a second floor lounge, provides the opportunity for an intimate music performance, cocktail hour, kids space, or any use of your choosing! The Vernors Room accommodates up to 100 guests.

The Patio
The Patio is one of our best-kept secrets. A fan favorite, this space offers guests an escape into an urban oasis. Built on the site of a former stable, the patio is a terrific atmosphere for a warm weather event, an autumn celebration, or a winter ice sculpture garden. The Patio can accommodate up to 75 guests and is directly accessible from both the Crofoot Ballroom and the Vernors Room.

Better than we imagined!
We had our wedding here and it was the best decision we could've possibly made! Our friends and family are STILL raving about how perfect everything was. We toured so many places and this was the only venue that checked all our boxes. We wanted somewhere unique, that didn't have terrible ballroom carpeting, and that was equipped to handle our vision of going all out with lights for our reception party. They even let us bring our dog!! He enjoyed the outdoor patio even more than we did. They had so much included for the price, while some of the other venues we toured had a bunch of "add-ons". We did choose to use some of their optional upgrades, like ceiling decor, but it was nice not having to think about paying for things like tables. The place has so many rooms and spaces that we were able to do everything we wanted there, even getting ready in the morning in the HUGE bridal suite. The staff was amazing and saved the day more than once - huge shoutout to Kristine, Stephanie, and Miguel!! It was so great that our family and bridal party could actually enjoy the wedding for once while the Crofoot and catering staff did the setup, room flip during cocktail hour, and cleanup. Kristine even had recommendations for vendors and we ended up using some of them. We chose one of their catering partners, Union Joints, and the food was delicious and a nice change from the normal wedding meal. Just know that this is a concert hall, so there might be a show the day before your event. It wasn't a big deal, but our rehearsal was earlier in the week since they had a show on Friday. We love music, so it was actually a bonus for us that the place was covered in exposed brick and concert posters. We can't wait to come back and see shows in the room where we got married, thank you so much to the Crofoot team!
What a transformation!
We had the pleasure of having our wedding reception this past September 2025 at the Crofoot and could not have been happier with our decision! We spent lots of time checking different venues such as hotels and country clubs, but when we walked in, it felt perfect for us! The venue itself and history is its own talking point. There was plenty of room for our 200 guests with so much to look at and explore. We loved how there were bars available for our guests pretty much everywhere (upstairs, downstairs, by the dance floor, outside on the patio). Our favorite moment was seeing how the venue started to look the morning of our wedding (we got ready at the venue, also highly recommend as there is a private area upstairs for bridal/wedding party to get ready with lots of space and a pool table) to dropping our jaws in "awe" coming back prior to the reception. The transformation that this staff put together in the Crofoot in preparation for the reception was truly remarkable. We got and still get to this day so many comments about how beautiful and amazing the place looked. One of my favorite comments was that every room felt different with its own vibe and walking into the main hall area was like entering a page from Alice in Wonderland. We had the pleasure of working with Kristine and was even lucky enough to meet Blair the owner. They both are wonderful people and made sure our expectations were exceeded. Thank you again and please do not hesitate to have your wedding transformed into a magical one at the Crofoot!
Dream Come True
As soon as we toured, we immediately felt like it was where our wedding would take place. Having the entire space for the entire day was fantastic. The bridal suite had more than enough space for me and all of my ladies (along with all of our things). The staff was beyond friendly and both Justin and Kristine made us feel completely at ease the entire time. We loved that their team handled all the setup (and tear down), executing my vision to a level beyond my hopes. There wasn't a candle or a flower out of place. Also, their sound system is unmatched.

The Crofoot Ballroom is a fabulous space that allows you the opportunity to incorporate a personal touch to a "turn-key" space! They provide so much more than most venues. Offering a variety of lounge furniture, as well as standard tables & chairs. Inquire for decor options available. The staff is extremely accommodating and they employee highly skilled bartenders too!
