Our venue was originally used for pilot simulation training. Picture a 2,500 sq ft ceiling to floor windows located in upstate New York which is complemented by our picturesque changing of each 4 season. 10/10 recommend! We had a baby shower here a few weekends ago. Perfect venue! All of our guest were in awe with the place and accommodates that were given! Samantha made everything easier and we couldn’t have worked with a better person! She is easy to reach and got back to us in minutes with availability for the space! Will definitely having other events here!

The Landing Event Center is located in Oriskany & is a very beautiful room for any event. I have gone to a few events there recently, and it is just simply gorgeous! Highly suggest this place.

Had a baby shower here. The space is absolutely beautiful! Every guest that walked in was blown away! It is very spacious with a bright clean feel. The windows surrounding the whole space make you feel like you are outside but with the comfort of inside. We had only about 50 guests but there is plenty of space for double or triple and would still be spacious! So easy to work with and everything was clear and communicated. Felt so comfortable there! Would recommend the space to anyone and everyone! Looking forward to having more events at The Landing!

Yes, we are handicap accessible.

We can accommodate up to 120 in our 2,500 sq foot room, which includes 21 round tables, and 133 white padded folding chairs. 7 - 6ft banquet long tables. WE don not provide linens napkins or dinnerware. We do provide chafing dishes for buffet parties. Catering is of your choice we will work with them on the details. Set up and tear down including clean up is either through our preferred vendor BTS Support Crew or by the client.

Corporate Events/Meetings 7am to 5pm Monday thru Friday $300 Bridal/Baby Showers, Anniversaries/Bereavements, Graduation/Rehersal Dinners/Christmas Parties $500 Saturday/Sunday Weddings $900 Bar packages are seperate through our NYS Licened Bar Vendor - ask for details

Our building is located 48 miles east of the Syracuse International Airport off exit 32 in Westmorland.

Yes, we will need the caterer or consumer to provide an insurance certificate listing the FS&BW Building Corporation as additional insured.

Booking fees for our facilities, and all payments made including deposits, are non-refundable. If you cancel your event within 40 days of your booked date, we’ll bill you the full amount of all estimated charges.

The venue itself also including round tables and white padded chairs for up to 120 guest. We also have 2 high boy cocktail tables and 4 long 6ft banquest table. Use of chaffing trys are available upon request. Gold/clear chargers are also available at a seperate charge per piece.
