About this venue
The Oaks is a one-of-a-kind wedding venue nestled in the rolling hills of Castle Rock, Colorado. Just 25 minutes south of Denver, the location boasts stunning natural surroundings with incredible views of the castle-shaped butte in the center of town. Overlooking the 18th hole of the beautiful Plum Creek Golf Course, The Oaks is truly a spectacular destination. The Ballroom boasts two-story vaulted ceilings with massive oak beams and dramatic windows. Our Art Deco-inspired cocktail lounge is sure to impress your guests with its chic design. You'll enjoy two distinct getting ready spaces — a private bridal suite and spa and the groom’s room featuring a state-of-the-art golf simulator. Our full-service approach to weddings will make your planning process and your wedding day easy and fun! We provide in house culinary and bar services, tables and chairs, linens and place settings, service staff and an event day coordinator. We can’t wait to connect with you!

The best and most beautiful experience!!!
The Oaks was one of the two venues we toured, but from pictures alone, I knew I wanted this one!! The absolute cherry on top was that the staff is incredible and attentive. Our Coordinator, Alex, was thorough and detail-oriented, ensuring everything about our day went smoothly! The venue itself is stunning, and in-house meals drinks made the coordination aspect so simple! Every room at the Oaks is beautiful! We used the ballroom for our ceremony and dinner! The Oaks staff flipped the room for us and assembled all the table decor. A couple of perks of the ballroom are that the giant windows made the space so bright for our ceremony, and we were able to fit a king's table for our bridal party and their plus ones in the lower area (a whopping 39 people)!! I had 12 bridesmaids, and the getting ready suite had PLENTY of room for everyone and lots of mirrors! The boys had a great time using the golf simulator and watching football in the speakeasy!! Also, a special shoutout to Xander for fixing up my hair and helping with all the tiny touch-ups right before I walked down the aisle!! Thank you for being so detail-oriented and peaceful!! We had an amazing experience using The Oaks and would recommend it to anyone!!
Truly Magnificent
This place is genuinely breathtaking. The soaring ceilings made me feel like I was in a cathedral right off the bat, and the suites were stunning and so luxurious. It's right off I-25, but nestled into exactly the right spot of Castle Rock to retain a gorgeous view of the Colorado scenery. Cannot recommend enough!

The Oaks is absolutely incredible venue! As a videographer I'm always getting so excited when my couples pick this place to celebrate their special day! Amazing beautiful surroundings make it easy to get great shots, the bridal suite and the getting ready area for the guys are both very conveniently located, very comfortable for both the couple to spend their time at and for us, photo/video people to capture cool fun "getting ready" shots; the reception and dancing areas are very neat and pretty, and of course the staff IS INCREDIBLE! Super nice, super polite and always taking care of us fellow vendors and always have dinner ready for us when we need it the most to charge our inner "batteries" after a long day. Highly, highly recommend the Oaks at Plum Creek for your special day!
