About this venue

The Promise of 2912 is a brand-new luxury wedding and event venue under construction, and opening Fall of 2026 just outside Kokomo, Indiana. Set on 24 private acres of farmland, woods, and a winding creek, our venue blends timeless elegance with modern design. Couples will discover two stunning spaces — The Promise, an all-white chapel with a floor-to-ceiling glass altar and glass French doors that open to the outdoors, and The 2912, a 5,000 sq. ft. event hall featuring 1930s-inspired charm, modern touches, and seating for up to 270 guests. You’ll also enjoy The Constance — a private three-bedroom, 1,700 sq. ft. bridal house, offering a full home to get ready, relax, and celebrate in comfort. The Promise Chapel

An all-white chapel featuring a glass altar, nestled at the edge of the woods

The Promise Chapel is an all-white venue featuring floor-to-ceiling glass at the altar and elegant French doors that open to sweeping countryside views. Natural light fills the space, illuminating crystal chandeliers and thoughtful architectural details. Couples may exchange vows inside the serene chapel or outdoors on the lawn. The chapel seats 96 indoors and can accommodate up to 150 guests outside for a seamless indoor–outdoor experience.

The Constance Bridal House is a private 1,700 sq ft, three bedroom retreat reserved exclusively for the bride’s preparation and celebration.

The Constance Bridal House is an exclusive, private 1,700 square foot, three bedroom home reserved entirely for the bride. Designed as a serene space to prepare, gather, and celebrate, it offers overnight accommodations for up to ten of her closest friends and family. From quiet morning moments to a relaxed evening after the celebration, The Constance delivers a luxurious, seamless experience that feels personal, intentional, and entirely her own.
