We believe in capturing you as you truly are, relaxed, connected, and fully present. From quiet glances to joyful, celebratory moments, we focus on imagery that feels natural while still looking beautifully composed. Our approach is guided and intentional, never stiff or over-directed. We offer gentle prompts when needed to help you feel comfortable, allowing real moments to unfold naturally and resulting in photos and films that feel authentic, romantic, and timeless.

At Timeless Moments, we don’t believe in staging your wedding day, we believe in preserving it fully. Our calm, story-driven approach allows you to stay present while we document the moments that matter most. We offer full-day coverage for photo and/or film, so nothing meaningful is missed. Every image you receive is carefully edited in-house and delivered in full, meeting our standards of quality and storytelling. For film, couples receive a heartfelt 5-minute highlight, along with full ceremony and reception films, so your story is preserved exactly as it unfolded.

    We could not have asked for a better videography team for our wedding! From start to finish, Hailee and Cesar went above and beyond to capture every moment of our day so beautifully. Their organization and day-of coordination were flawless, which made everything run smoothly and stress-free. They provided professional guidance on posing and creative content ideas while still keeping the experience fun and natural.     Finding the right videographer can be hard and stressful but when I spoke to Hailee to go over the details of my wedding she was AMAZING! She was so kind and helpful. She listened to my questions and gave detailed answers. I can definitely tell Timeless Moments wants to do the best for their clients.
