5 stars isn’t even close to enough stars that Billy and her team deserves. We are so incredibly grateful to have had Billy and her team as part of our wedding day! From start to finish, everything was handled so beautifully, and it truly ended up being even more perfect than I had imagined and that is largely because of Billy. Looking back, I realized how calm I felt on the wedding day. While I had done a lot of planning, a huge part of that peace came from the complete trust I had in Billy. I knew everything was in her hands, and that she would bring our vision to life or make it just as amazing in ways we hadn’t even considered. That level of confidence made all the difference. Billy and her team went above and beyond in every way, and it did not go unnoticed. Even unexpected changes turned out better than we could have planned. My background wall I originally ordered for my backdrop for the photo booth setup didn’t arrive, Billy did everything in her power to make it get there, and the rental company couldn’t make it happen. The backdrop for our Photo Booth was far more amazing than my original plan! It was absolutely stunning and ended up being the perfect backdrop! At the end of the night, I filled Billy in on the last minute honeymoon we had planned. Turns out, her husband is from the country we are traveling to. Even post wedding, she offered suggestions and sharing local knowledge and connections of the area. We are so grateful for Billy and her team did to make our day so special. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

My husband and I were invited to a close family member's retirement party at the beach. When we arrived to what we assumed would be a standard "buttoned-up" event, we were VERY surprised at the level of luxuriousness (my own word) that greeted us as we entered into the space. Every inch of the room exuded rich & lush. From the table linens, drapes, centerpieces, everything was just elegant and way more than what I assumed a retirement party would look like. I asked the hostess, who decorated the space and she told me she hired Radiant Touch for the event and they created it all. 10/10! they knocked it out the park because that was one classy event. Even though I just attended the party, I had to leave a review for them because they deserve all the kudos. Looking forward to hiring them to design my next birthday party.

We hired Laura and Co. for our wedding, and we’d do it all over again. We chose a package for photo, video, and day of coordination. Our photos? We had bumps throughout planning and they were quickly resolved, we had bumps the day of, and we were able to sit back and laugh about it because we knew we were in good hands. Leading up to our wedding, she was very dutiful in organizing (and staying on top of) our vendors to ensure everything was in order for our wedding at The Howey Mansion in Howey-in-the-hills, FL. She was very resourceful the day before our wedding, handling and transporting all of our intricate wedding details. She even went above and beyond in handling our signage with care, enough so that she had to fix a few things for us to ensure they were “show” ready. I also recommend not hiring the cheapest coordinator as remember you get what you pay for and some are just not experienced at all as I learned this the hard way!!!!!!! I hired another lady because she was cheaper and she turned out to be horrible!!!! I found this company and spoke with Alex and Ariel at the beginning and let me tell you...... what a relief. I told them about the situation with the other planner and they were so kind and understanding. I am so happy to have found someone who was more of what i needed and knew what they were doing. Everything was great. They have a portal you can communicate with as well as text messages and so on. I felt great and anytime i felt overwhelmed with anything, they were there to help me! I hired most of my vendors, but the bartender and caterer they provided was wonderful and the food was spectacular!!!!! Everyone had lots of fun and our coordinators for the day were both awesome and on top of everything. I am telling you all now..... hire them!!!!

Annie from Before You Say I Do was an exceptional day-of-coordinator for our special day. Her communication style was frequent, clear, thoughtful, timely, and she was quick to respond to all of our questions and needs. The quality of her work and the value she provided was excellent-- she is hard-working and was incredibly considerate throughout the entire process. She went above and beyond, offering to bring additional decorations and even showing up the day before to assist with our traditional Vietnamese Tea Ceremony, which was not even on the same day as our official wedding. We had only hired her for her day-of coordination package, but even so, she was a consistent voice and helping hand for us for months leading up to the wedding. I can only imaging if we would have booked her whole wedding planning service, our wedding probably would have somehow been even more perfect than it already was. We are so grateful for her dedication and attention to detail in making our wedding day perfect. I highly recommend booking Annie!

Brittany was an awesome day-of coordinator! If we had to go back and do it again, Brittany would be one of the first people we would call. She brought a much needed calm, conscientious, and confident presence to give us the perfect day. She was around every step of the way to understand the big-picture and minute-by-minute logistics. She helped us create our timeline, wrangle and align all the vendors, and stayed in close contact with everybody to keep the event going the exact way we imagined. When small issues would emerge, she handled them with ease and speed. When we ran behind schedule, she was reassuring and did a great job helping us prioritize what we needed to do. She was also incredibly hospitable and thoughtful – she even brought us a plate of appetizers since we were doing photos during our cocktail hour! The last thing I wanted to say is that Brittany was actually our SECOND day-of coordinator, because we had to fire our first one. Maybe that means we have high standards? I don’t know.
