“It was meant to be for us to have Sam be the DJ at our nerdy chic wedding. On a sheer whim, we emailed him when it was clear our original plan of "oh we'll just make a few playlists" was absolutely not going to happen. Only 6 weeks out, and he was free on our date *and* had played the venue before! Fast-tracked our consult meetings, worked with us on our timeline for our very short ceremony and reception and overall had great tips and tricks. There were one or two moments during the wedding that were maybe hiccups (including me kicking the plugs out!) but he rolled with it, we rolled with it. He's so personable, everyone loved him - we're all transplants from NJ/ NY and turns out he's practically related to at least one of my family. For sure, would recommend him!”

Jim, the coordinator at Direct Entertainment frequently checked in with us, asked us questions about ourselves, and genuinely made us feel like he cared about us and our special day. He was great to work with leading up to being assigned our designated DJ and videographer, and even after, he checked in to make sure we were happy and that all of the planning was going well. The app was an awesome way to communicate and my husband and I had a blast sitting down to dig through our Spotify playlists and add songs to it. On the day of, Brian was incredibly attentive, adjusting music when it needed to be and throwing in some of his own flair that made for such a memorable night. Everyone was on the dancefloor having the best time and the mixes/mashups he created were so so good. We would recommend Brian to anyone looking for the best wedding DJ (and actually have already, one of my bridesmaids recently got engaged and Brian was my first vendor recommendation).”
