For many years I was a four-star chef. I got into photography to have creative control over the pictures of my food. One day I was working for a caterer at a wedding, and the photographer asked if I could fill in for his assistant. I thought why not, and I haven’t looked back since that fateful day when I traded in my knife for a camera. While I was a chef, I felt personally responsible for my customers’ happiness.
