Blue Dahlia Wooden Florals, LLC
Rating: 5.0 (16 reviews)

My business started when I was planning my own wedding. I love flowers, but we couldn't justify spending hundreds or thousands on real flowers to throw them away in a week when we also found out we were expecting our first child at the same time. In came wood flowers! After much practice, I discovered I have an eye for colors and floral design and now 4 years and MANY weddings and THOUSANDS of home decor pieces later, this is not only my passion but it is also my full time business. No side hustle here! You will have my undivided attention. I'll make sure your floral dreams come to life in wood and the best part, they LAST FOREVER!

Working with Naomi for our wedding florals was a DREAM and an exceptional experience from start to finish. We cannot recommend her and her team at Nectar and Vessel highly enough to other couples getting married. One of the best decisions we made for our wedding was hiring Naomi and her team and giving her complete creative freedom. She took that freedom, and spun floral magic into the most beautifully designed space we have ever seen. Her love for florals, and for creating beautiful moments for others shines in her work - and isn’t that what you want on your wedding day? To be surrounded by love through flowers that all your guests can feel? That’s the magic Naomi brings to weddings that is impossible to replicate. The floral designs and artistry that Naomi and her team created for our day were simply stunning. Beyond being beautiful, they were unique and felt personal to us. It was the talk of the wedding that none of the guests had ever seen a display like the florals at our wedding, and that each tablescape and design felt like a work of art. A few things additional things about working with N&V we’d like to highlight: Design and vision: Naomi not only executed a vision for our wedding florals and design, she shaped it from the very beginning. The proposal powerpoint was a detailed mood board of not only the florals, but the overall vibe and design for the wedding. For the bride or groom, like me, who was overwhelmed with how to make a wedding feel cohesive, personal, and intentionally designed, trust in Naomi to help jump start that process and hire her as one of your early vendors. Flawless logistics and professionalism: Working with N&V was completely stress free because Naomi and her team are true professionals. She was respectful of our budget, had a clear, well-structured contract, and payment through her professional portal was incredibly easy. Everything was delivered, set-up, and cleaned up flawlessly and on-time. Importantly, if there were any issues day-of, we didn’t hear about it or take on any of that stress (though with her careful planning, I bet there weren’t any fires to put out!) While these sound like boring logistics, all of this professional preparation on N&V’s part saved us a ton of time and stress wedding planning. Positivity and good energy: Naomi herself is the warmest and most effusively positive person - that was clear from our very first consultation call with her and was even more true on the day of our wedding. We felt showered in positivity throughout our experience working with her, which is exactly what you want on your big day! We are so grateful to have had the opportunity to work with Nectar and Vessel, and specifically, Naomi and her wonderful team. Hire her early, trust her to work her magic and give her all the creative control, and then watch your wedding venue transform. White Birch Floral Studio
Rating: 5.0 (12 reviews)
  • Starts at $8,000
  • Serves Buxton, ME

Jessica is a floral designer and event stylist born and raised in Southern New Hampshire. Like most passions in life, Jessica’s love for flowers and plants started at a young age. From making fairy houses out of rocks, branches, and moss in her backyard to planting her own garden with her grandmother each summer. During college Jessica had the opportunity to work for a few florists in her home town as well as her college town. It was there she realized what she grew up loving so much could become a career. After graduating from the University of New Hampshire in 2018, Jessica opened her first studio out of her home to pursue her passion.

Awarded Best of Zola
White Birch Floral Studio was an absolute joy to work with for our wedding. From our initial consultation, their communication was quick, receptive, and friendly. Jessica and her team fully listened to my vision for the flowers and then expanded on it in the most incredible way, bringing it to life in a way that exceeded all of my expectations. The quality of their work was astounding - the bouquets, centerpieces, and aisle arrangements were simply breathtaking and our guests could not stop complimenting them. Jessica truly made the most beautiful arrangements I have ever seen, and she went above and beyond to ensure our wedding day was everything we dreamed of. I cannot recommend White Birch Floral Studio highly enough!

Flowers speak to your heart with no words. My hope is that through working with Bumble and Bee Flowers, you and your partner are able to take a deep breath and know that your wedding flowers are in good hands. We will work together to create a floral plan that works for you and your budget. I look forward to sharing my passion for flowers so that your customized designs speak to you with no words, in quiet eloquence.

Awarded Best of Zola
We worked with Joelle at Bumble and Bee for our wedding last fall and it truly made the whole experience perfect. Not only was she responsive, friendly, and easy to communicate with, she truly went above and beyond to make sure everything floral (and decor-related) was absolutely perfect for our day. Our wedding was in the fall so our colors were burnt oranges and browns, sage green, white. I gave Joelle some inspo pics of "whimsical" flower arrangements that I liked and she nailed it. The colors were spot on, plus she added tiny pops of blues that created so much dimension. She also used a variety of different flowers that I never would have dreamed would go together yet somehow blended perfectly. She was on top of every. single. detail. Double checking with me to make sure it all fit in with my vision along the way, she brought tiny vases for scattered flowers across the tables, added flower arrangements to our altar, and created center pieces for the barrels and standing tables at our cocktail hour. Not a single thing was overlooked. All this to say, I would work with Bumble and Bee again in a heartbeat. She had done my sisters wedding earlier in the year which featured classy white calla lilies and elegant arrangements and she nailed it, then turned around and did colorful whimsical perfectly-asymmetrical arrangements for mine. Joelle is a creative and flowers are her art. She can bend to any vision and will be fun to work with along the way. HIGHLY recommend.

Silver Street Flower Farm
Rating: 5.0 (6 reviews)
  • Starts at $4,000
  • Serves Buxton, ME

Hi, I’m Sally! I am the florist/farmer/owner of Silver Street Flower Farm, a design studio and one-acre cut flower farm. ’m a NH native, a Colby College Alumna, and a twin mom. I feel grateful I get to do something every day that builds my relationship with the natural world. Our designs are seasonal and feature our own flowers or blooms from other local growers. The flowers for your special day are sustainably grown, inspired by nature, and curated just for you.

We couldn't be happier with our experience working with Sally from Silver Street Flower Farm as our wedding florist! From the very beginning, we were captivated by her amazing style and the thoughtful selection of flowers she curated. The fact that she uses locally grown flowers made it even more special, perfectly aligning with the vision we had for our wedding day. Sally truly understood the style I was envisioning and brought it to life with such passion and enthusiasm. It felt less like working with a vendor and more like collaborating with a friend who was just as excited about the project as we were. Even though I know she had many weddings before ours in September, Sally made us feel like ours was the only one. Her energy and commitment to making our ideas a reality were unparalleled. This incredible energy carried through every step of the process—from our initial consultation to the check-ins and communication leading up to the big day. On the wedding day itself, Sally went above and beyond. She seamlessly handled additional requests for setup, worked closely with our venue to ensure everything ran smoothly, and delivered the most stunning and unique bouquets we could have imagined. I wholeheartedly recommend Sally to any future bride and groom. Her talent is unmatched, her warmth and kindness make her a joy to work with, and her attention to detail is a dream for any couple navigating the sometimes stressful world of wedding planning. Sally is an amazing creative, and we are so grateful for the role she played in making our wedding day unforgettable.

Overall I was very happy with the flowers and how easy it was to order them and return them. We had A destination wedding in June in Florida so real flowers would have just wilted so these were a perfect choice. My only critic is that the corsage and boutonnières were pretty used. They weren’t the prettiest but the 2 bouquets I ordered looked pretty good. I do recommend them especially for a destination wedding and low cost.

It’s been one month since our wedding and every day I go back to how absolutely beautiful the day was. Liz and her team were the central part of that. With a December winter wedding, many of the traditional floral options were not applicable, but with Liz's guidance, we realized very quickly that just because most flowers may not be in season, doesn't mean that it is still not an absolutely beautiful time of year. Liz and her team effortlessly draped beautiful garland throughout our venue, transformed the central staircase into something out of a storybook, and made a winter arch piece that it still hanging on our front porch as a stunning winter decoration. It was dotted with cinnamon sticks, and ornaments, and dried orange peels in a way that we could never have thought of. It was so creative and magical and made it clear that Liz had seen our vision and expanded on it in such an incredible way. Additionally, when Liz walked in with the bridal bouquets, everyone could not stop admiring and obsessing over them. With the gorgeous variety of blooms and greens, it was truly the most beautiful bouquet I could have imagined. Even more so than the pinterest boards we all obsess over. Lastly, Liz's professionalism was second to none. She made us feel so comfortable and supported throughout the process. She was even able to incorporate pieces of my gown that had been cut off during alterations to add an even more personal, and sparkly(!), touch to the bouquets. I cannot recommend Liz enough. She made my husband and I feel so special and seen during our day, and I hope that you are lucky enough to feel the same way!

I started my business in 2018, after I finished floral design classes from Cass School of Floral in Watertown, MA. I have had hands on experience from Floral Arts in Westford, MA and have completed over 75 weddings in my time as a floral designer. I have a little intern named Larry, a corgi-pit mix, who is the model for Little Blooms, who you will see a lot of on Instagram. I love using locally grown flowers as much as I can in my work, to really showcase 'farm to florist'.

I happened to find Little Blooms on the Instagram page for my wedding venue (White Cliffs in Plymouth, MA) and immediately reached out to Danielle because the florals in the photos I saw were exactly what I was looking for. Not only was Danielle very thorough when asking my likes, dislikes, color schemes I had in mind and the theme of our wedding, but she was also so nice to work with and made the process stress-free and easy for me. She is extremely hardworking and set up the most beautiful arrangements on the gazebo of my wedding ceremony as well as aisle pieces, gorgeous bouquets for my bridesmaids and I, boutonnieres for the groom and groomsmen, stunning table settings and sweetheart table cascading piece. I told her my vision and she made it come to life more than I could have ever even imagined. Couldn’t recommend Little Blooms more!
