I had the pleasure of working at Rancho Victoria Weddings last year, and I was blown away. The surrounding landscape is beautiful, the farmhouse is nice and cozy, the grounds are wonderful, and the staff was friendly and professional. I love how the ceremony and reception sites are separated but not too far away. The bar area is unique, and the vineyards are close by. We had the most beautiful wedding at Truffle Pig Winery by Wedgewood. From the fairytale-like venue to the planning team, to the food and dessert, everything truly exceeded our expectations. We planned our entire wedding in just three months, but the Wedgewood team kept us organized, on track and supported every step of the way. Choosing their all-inclusive package made the process so much easier, we didn’t have to stress about finding a caterer, DJ, or wedding planner because everything was seamlessly handled for us. This allowed us to focus on the décor and all the special details that made our day everything we could have ever wished for. Although we barely had time to eat, we heard from countless guests that the food was absolutely delicious. So many people raved about how great everything tasted. Our wedding day was perfect and we genuinely couldn’t be more grateful for the entire Wedgewood team. They are truly exceptional at what they do, and there was always someone available to answer questions, provide guidance and support us in every moment. I cannot say enough great things about Alison especially. She guided us through the planning process, our rehearsal and the entire wedding day with such professionalism, kindness and expertise. I’m someone who is extremely hands-on with every detail, yet Alison earned my complete trust. She handled everything so seamlessly that I was able to truly relax and be fully present, something I honestly didn’t think would be possible. She made sure every member of our wedding party felt supported and knew exactly where to be and when. She oversaw the setup of all our rentals, coordinated our décor and double-checked every detail to ensure everything looked perfect. She communicated with all our vendors, kept us on schedule and handled anything that came up before I even knew about it. She truly went above and beyond, she even stayed later than scheduled because I didn’t want her to leave. Because of Alison, our day was absolutely flawless. I also want to acknowledge and thank Maddie, Amanda, Ramey, and Crystal for being so kind, patient, and thorough throughout the entire planning process. These ladies never missed a single detail. Ramey was actually the first person we met and she gave us such a warm, informative tour of the venue. She answered all of our questions thoroughly and made us feel confident and excited from the very beginning. We are so grateful for this entire team and would recommend them wholeheartedly to any couple looking for a group of professionals who truly care and make the experience feel effortless.

I don't even know what to say because I'm so overwhelmed with how perfect everything went on our wedding day. I get more and more obsessed the more I look back at photos! We were at their Villa de Fiore venue and I can't speak of it highly enough - the bridal suite is HUGE and so comfortable, and the groom's suite (though smaller) is also stunning. Being able to have the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception back to back in the same spot was so convenient, not to mention the stunning location. Everyone we worked with at Monserate was so amazing, professional and helpful. Hali took over as our main contact a few months before our wedding and she was an absolute gem, so friendly and incredibly helpful. She was also onsite day-of for anything we needed and helped the whole day run smoothly (even made sure I got my espresso martini before the ceremony after the bartenders told my maid of honor they couldn't serve us yet). She also gifted us a bottle of champagne with a sweet hand-written card afterwards and offered to buy us lunch any time we returned to their winery. Though this might be standard practice for their coordinators, it still meant a lot to us as a couple!

Bendiciones

How lucky am I to get married where I work! As someone who works weddings every weekend, it was surreal to finally be on the other side and I truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience than with Flora The Venue. I might be a little biased, but the coordination team is genuinely top-tier. A huge thank you to Jameson, Jade, Ash, Angie, and Adam for making my husband and myself feel so supported and celebrated every step of the way. Most of all, I’m so grateful to Katherine, Flora’s owner, for her constant support, guidance, and generosity throughout the planning process. We had an exceptional experience working with Zaca Mesa Winery and Vineyards for our client's wedding days! Their communication is always fast, clear, and incredibly helpful throughout the planning process. We love getting to plan with them as they are organized and thorough as we go through all of the logistics of the timeline. The venue itself is beautiful, private, and perfect for a vineyard wedding. They have very reasonable prices and great wine. The team was attentive and a joy to work with, one wedding day they even helped us quickly pivot to a new plan when a last-minute rain storm hit. We couldn't recommend Zaca Mesa enough for couples looking for the perfect winery wedding setting!

The quality of their work and the value they provided was uniquely incredible, stunning and special in every way. They responded immediately to all of our questions and communication, and were extremely helpful with advice, recommendations and logistics that enabled a seamless experience before, during and after the event. I cannot say enough about the energy, quality and effort that were so evident in the wedding day that we were given. These owners clearly love to create magical and incredible experiences for their clients and guests. The details of the venue they have created have to be seen to be explained - words are not enough. The listing pictures don’t do Secluded Garden Estate justice. It’s absolutely beautiful in person, especially for an afternoon wedding at golden hour. Our guests are still telling us how beautiful the location was several weeks later. Our wedding photos look like they came right out of Lord of the Rings! The venue includes three separate areas for the ceremony, cocktail, and reception, with convenient electrical access, kitchenette, and guest restrooms. The hosts, Emily and Dennis, were incredibly easy to work with and put us at ease right away. They are knowledgeable without being pushy, and professional without making us feel like we were being sold to. Highly recommend if you are looking for a beautiful outdoor venue.

Our wedding exceeded every expectation we had, and so much of that was thanks to Kimwood Ranch! The beauty of the property is unmatched with everything you need on site - enough space for getting ready between the two houses, a variety of locations for photos, we loved having space for some guests to camp, and so much more. Our dance floor in the barn was packed till the very end! There was so much flexibility working with the whole Kimwood team - they were all kind, thoughtful, and accommodating. The owners are some of the sweetest people you’ll meet. All of our vendors loved the location and enjoyed working with them too. Natalie as our coordinator went above and beyond, providing insight and guidance on the aspects I felt unsure of or wasn’t even thinking about. She truly made our wedding as smooth as possible and such a memorable day. I can’t say enough good things about her and the experience I got to have as a bride because of her. I’m tearing up writing this because she made such an impact! We are so happy we chose to have our wedding at Kimwood!

After searching high and low, my husband and I decided on the Ranch at Stoney Creek. From the moment we stepped on the property, the beauty took our breaths away. From the pond at the entrance to the barn and grass area, to the upper area in the trees and grape vines where we had our ceremony. Michelle and Leon have the perfect property for that rustic/country wedding feel. One of the highlights I felt that made a difference was the fact that there are rooms on the property for the bridal party to stay at. Since we lived in Utah and all our friends are still in California, it was a great bonding experience to spend the weekend with them. All in all, they do a great job to keep the weekend running smooth. I would highly recommend this venue!

Longshadow Ranch Winery was a beautiful venue for our wedding day. For the price, you can't beat the lush location that allowed us to fully customize the event to our liking without the venue dictating how our special day would flow. Dave was amazing to work with throughout the planning process and really made us feel we had the freedom to craft the wedding of our dreams. The only hiccups were some communication issues with the office staff in the final two months leading up to the big day regarding payments and contract details. While delayed, after contacting Dave on this matter, we did eventually get responses to email inquiries but a phone call option would have been preferred for timely resolutions. Overall, it was a beautiful venue and great value, we just wish the communication was more consistent in those important final weeks. Everything was 5 stars, unfortunately the communication, which I value a great deal, was the only lacking quality. Which, if this is the only area to improve, I think this speaks to the overall quality of the venue. Note: I would give 4.5 if I could!
