“I We LOVED working with Stacey and can’t say enough good things about her. We got her month of day of package, but she began checking in with us starting a whole year prior to our wedding! After our wedding day my husband said that getting Stacey was the best money we ever spent on our wedding. Stacey is so friendly, I truly looked forward to our calls with her! She really makes you feel like she is your friend and that she is truly invested in the success of your day. She totally guided me through our tablescape (a word I’d literally never heard before she mentioned it to me) and was able to provide me with contacts for rentals for napkins, chargers, and the beautiful ceremony arch we had. She also recommended our awesome dj, she said he could read the room and play music to keep people out dancing, and she was absolutely correct! It really feels like Stacey cares about your day being beautiful and put together just as much as you do, which is a rare thing. For instance, once I began scheming on my tablescape, I fell in love with the idea of having monstera leaf place cards. However, this ended up being more difficult than I had anticipated with a lot of coordination required between the florist and calligrapher, to the point where I decided it was just going to be too difficult and I was going to scrap the whole idea. But Stacey to the rescue, she exclaimed that it was “too cute not to do!” and she made it happen! We also can without reservation recommend Stacey for weddings at the Safari Park. There are a lot of moving parts there as it is a zoo and not just a wedding venue, and there is very limited setup time available. Stacey was able to assist in guiding all our vendors, and she and her assistant beautifully placed all our decorations (welcome table, place settings, etc) which would have been impossible for us to do ourselves, as we had to do our first look prior to the ceremony so we could attend our cocktail hour animal encounter. Stacey was also invaluable both in helping us devise our timeline, and ensuring we stuck to it throughout our day. My maid of honor and my mom both had amazing things to say about Stacey after our wedding day, saying she was constantly moving around and making sure everything went off without a hitch. We as the wedding couple honestly hardly enough noticed all her movement on our day, as she had everything so well in hand that we were able to completely relax, enjoy, and be present in our day. If you want to ensure a seamless and joyful day, hire Stacey!!”

“I had such a great experience working with this team. Heather and Courtney brought a happy, thoughtful, and professional energy to every part of the process, and really helped bring the wedding together in a way that felt personal and seamless. Heather handled the florals, and she completely understood the feel I was going for — even when I only had a few reference photos and loose ideas. I sent her pictures of the Marin hills in bloom, and she created something beautiful and unique with that inspiration. The floral arch was stunning, and her idea to run wildflower-inspired arrangements down the center of the tables made it feel like guests were sitting in a field of flowers. She brought the florals to my parents house the next day for our brunch and we were thrilled that we could continue to enjoy the beauty she created. Courtney managed coordination and was incredibly organized and responsive throughout. She kept track of all the moving parts, made helpful suggestions for how to use the venue, and offered so much of her time — from emails to zoom calls and venue walk throughs. I’m so impressed that we were able to leave her with a truck load of decorations some loose instructions and arrived to the venue to find it was set up perfectly. She is filled with positive energy and you will always feel her love and support throughout the process!”

“When we first connected with Clemence, we were feeling overwhelmed and anxious. With our wedding less than six months away and having recently parted ways with our original planner, we were in urgent need of someone who could bring our dream wedding to life. Clemence stepped in with infectious enthusiasm, and from the outset, it was clear she genuinely cared about realizing the vision we held for our special day. An early experience that solidified our confidence in Clemence, and one we will always cherish, was our engagement photoshoot. Just a week after our initial meeting, Clemence learned of our upcoming anniversary trip to the Loire Valley, where we planned to stay at a Chateau and have our engagement photos taken. The photographer we had initially found was unresponsive, creating a stressful situation. Clemence immediately took charge, connecting us with an amazing Parisian photographer she had collaborated with previously, Lea Everin. Within a couple of days, she had arranged a two-hour photoshoot for us at the Chateau. This swift action and dedication left us speechless and demonstrated a level of commitment that truly made the entire experience unforgettable. Clemence excelled in understanding and aligning with our expectations, particularly regarding organization. She effectively utilized a shared spreadsheet to keep us synchronized on tasks and, crucially, the budget. During our meetings, Clemence had a remarkable ability to make us feel as though our wedding was her sole focus. She also introduced us to an outstanding team of vendors, including the talented photographer Renata Amazonas and Katlyn Jernigan from Toast Catering, all of whom contributed significantly to our day. We had several productive meetings at the venue, which fostered a sense of calm and shared understanding, ensuring our wedding would be everything we envisioned. We'll never forget how she coordinated with cake vendors; after we expressed our desire for a fun and memorable tasting, she arranged a delightful experience at the venue with Connor’s Cakes, complete with delicious samples and champagne. “If I could give Zoe 100 stars, I would. We didn’t book the full-service package, and somehow she still showed up like she was planning a celebrity wedding. From day one, she was organized, creative, and unbelievably responsive. I could text, call, or email her at any time and she would respond quickly with thoughtful, thorough answers. During a season that can feel overwhelming, that kind of communication is everything. We planned a destination wedding in Hawaii on a tight budget, and Zoe made it feel effortless. She gave us vendor recommendations we never would have found on our own, was completely transparent about costs, and constantly helped us make smart decisions that elevated the experience without blowing our budget. She has a rare ability to design weddings that feel deeply personal and atmospheric, not “cookie-cutter” or Pinterest-copy, but actually reflective of you as a couple. What meant the most to me, though, was how she showed up emotionally. Wedding planning can bring up family dynamics, stress, and big feelings. Zoe was such a steady, calming presence. She always reassured me that we weren’t behind, that everything was on track, and that we were doing great. She made me feel comfortable being vulnerable during a really high-emotion season of life, and that is something I will never forget. On the wedding day itself, everything ran seamlessly. If anything went wrong, I truly have no idea - because she handled it before it ever reached me. “I can't say enough great things about Miranda and her team! From our first conversation, we immediately connected with her and she already felt like a friend. She quickly understood our vision for our wedding and what was important to us. She encouraged us to make it very personal and unique--she never shot down any weird ideas we might've had but also brought an experienced perspective, while also keeping us on track with all of the little details and scheduling. She was so well-organized and professional while also keeping things stress-free, light, and fun. There were no questions too big, too small, or too personal with all the drama that can come with such a big event. Miranda was easy to reach via text/email, and took the initiative to reach out and schedule check-ins when needed to make sure we stayed on track with the huge to-do list that comes with a wedding. Her vendor recommendations & other suggestions were awesome, but she also respected a couple of the areas where we found our own vendors with no questions asked. She truly helped us get every detail settled, down to the napkins and our catering order details. She took all the stress off once we got to the month of and leading up to the wedding day, confirming with our vendors so we didn't have to worry about it whatsoever. Our wedding day went seamlessly thanks to her--it sounds cliche but it was the most fun and beautiful day ever and we were able to really enjoy it thanks to Miranda. We couldn't have asked for a better planner and I would recommend her to anyone getting married in the SD area! “Detailed, organized, friendly, and just an overall wonderful human being. We hired Karen for 2-month coordination and right off the bat, she was such a thoughtful planner and her willingness to guide us through anything and everything was amazing. I love a good spreadsheet and Karen has the best!!! Every meeting with her was so productive and we left each one with clear next steps/homework. The day of the wedding, everything went SO smoothly. Karen and her team took care of setting up all of our decor and they did so beautifully! When I arrived to the venue and saw everything, I was taken aback by how stunning everything looked — we had a mix of florals, candles, and fruit for our decor so getting everything set up was no small feat. Karen’s creative eye flawlessly brought my vision to life and I am so so grateful! Outside of decor, Karen’s organization, vendor communication, and speedy cleanup at the end of night was top-notch. We were able to truly enjoy the night, knowing Karen was there. She even took fun videos of the reception on my phone, which were great to watch the morning after to help relive the night :’) Literally each one of my vendors raved about how much they loved working with Karen — if that’s not enough to convince you to hire her for your next event, idk what is! “We had an absolutely phenomenal experience with Creative Happens. We worked with Dan from day one of our wedding planning, and he made things so smooth and easy. He kept all decisions moving, had absolutely amazing vendor contacts, and had really beautiful and fun ideas on decor that felt very us. He also did a really good job working within our budget. The day of was honestly the best day of our lives, and was 100% perfect (which is to say, we *know* there must have been some unexpected challenges crop up but the Creative Happens team handled everything so quickly and seamlessly that my husband I had no idea). We also felt that Dan just genuinely cared about us; he made sure to save us various desserts and remind us that we should take a break to eat or switch to a cold glass of champagne before toasts.
