I started this business with a simple mission: to bring people together around beautiful, delicious food without the stress. At Rose & Brie, we believe that food should be both a feast for the eyes and the heart. Every board is crafted with care, intention, and a whole lot of love. Welcome to Mama Gina Catering, an Authentic Italian Food Experience. All my menu items include the most amazing Italian flavors taught to me by my Nana from when I was a little girl. My grandparents, born & raised in Italy came to this country by way of Ellis Island. I loved listening to the stories they told with their Italian friends most of which spoke broken English. All of my teachings were hands on not hand written “little of this & little of that" then tasting until you are happy. To this day that is how I cook because Italian Food is all about fresh ingredients, heart, taste and a deep love of cooking.
