“My (now) husband and I chose Ernie as our wedding officiant for our small elopement in September of 2025, and we honestly could not have chosen a better officiant. There was a delay with the wedding getting started due to some issues with the venue, but Ernie was patient with us and helped direct things as we were getting no direction from the venue. Besides being a calming and helpful presence, the ceremony he performed was absolutely perfect. As our wedding was so small (just us and our dads), the ceremony was basically the main event so I wanted the best of the best, and that was Ernie. His speech was beautiful and exactly what I was hoping for. He brought us both to tears (in a good way!) as although he didn’t know us well, you wouldn’t have been able to tell based on how customized his ceremony was. Ernie was also helpful before the wedding, helping to guide us through the what the ceremony would look like and offering resources for help writing our vows. It was a wonderful experience working with Ernie and it is clear to see why he’s been voted the best officiant in the PNW.”
