“By far exceeded expectations completely. I’m a foodie who reviews everything and I love cheese dip, but even the best cheese dip can’t compare to how amazing this experience was.
I found STC through an ad on Instagram. I knew it might be a long shot since he wasn’t exactly local, but he wasn’t far either. I reached out and got a response almost immediately. From the very beginning we clicked and I just knew I needed him as our videographer. Once we confirmed the schedule, he told me he had already filmed his sister’s wedding at the exact same church we were using, which made everything feel even more natural. That connection made me feel at home and confirmed this was meant to be.
From the start I wanted to pay him what he truly deserved. His work is incredible and I knew the value was more than fair. But as college students planning a wedding, we had to face reality and admit we either needed to scale down or walk away. I let him know I could only do 1000, expecting that to be the end of it, and instead he just said “Let’s do it.” That response genuinely brought me to tears. He didn’t guilt me or hesitate. He just met me with kindness and understanding and made it possible for us to still have the moment captured.
Throughout the whole planning process he was communicative, easygoing, and made everything so much less stressful. He was funny but professional and honestly felt like a true friend. On the wedding day he showed up early, was prepared for anything, and brought the most positive energy. He worked seamlessly with my photographer and even grabbed her business card afterward to network. It was like having family there, not just a vendor.
He gave us direction when we needed it and made us feel comfortable the whole time. When we got the final video we were completely blown away. He included audio from the ceremony like our officiant, my dad, and my papaw. I had no idea he was still going to include that part because we had trimmed the package so much, but he went above and beyond. I cried. We both did.
He delivered two versions of the film, one in full color and one in black and white for presentation. Every detail was thoughtful and intentional. The quality, the storytelling, the editing, everything was just perfect.
I would recommend STC to absolutely everyone. I don’t say that lightly. With wedding videography becoming more and more important, he’s the only person I’ll ever tell people about. I truly cannot thank him enough.”
