Once you book, you really don’t hear from them until they reach out a few weeks before for a make up/hair trial. After that it was easy communication back and forth until the wedding day. They were super patient will all of my girls and provided the exact looks they wanted. After my trial, there were some things I wanted to change about my look the day of the wedding, and they were so sweet and reassuring and helpful in helping me decide on those changes. “Sarah was absolutely amazing! From our very first message to the wedding day itself, she knocked it out of the park. She was super responsive, clear with communication, and I really appreciated her upfront pricing. The makeup trial was so easy. She came to me and took time to look at the photos I had and listened to what I wanted and asked plenty of questions when I couldn’t quite describe what I wanted. I had a few tweaks I wanted to make after the trial and she nailed every single one. The morning of the wedding, she made me feel totally at ease. I wanted a more natural makeup look but was having trouble explaining exactly what that meant to me but she was able to interpret what I wanted exactly. She even coordinated directly with my hair stylist, which was one less thing for me to stress about. My makeup lasted all day (through happy tears *and* our second line parade!), and made me feel beautiful. All of my pictures turned out amazing. I seriously can’t recommend Sarah enough. Just book her already—you’ll be so glad you did!”
