“Fernando was great to work with, I believe he is the owner. The purpose for my 4 stars was for a couple of reasons; I sent over timelines and the finalized timeline was great! However, I don’t believe that the DJ that came to my wedding read it over thoroughly. My bridal entrance song was botched, it had very detailed instructions, there didn’t seem to be any questions, however, it was started late into the song so my whole grand entrance was thrown off, it was supposed to be a surprise to my husband, but with it starting later into the song it didn’t offer me my grand entrance as the bride; I was very disappointed as I was patiently waiting to enter at a certain time of the song and finally just had them open the doors to enter at a completely different time in the song. As a bride when you spend months and months for that moment, it just made me very sad that it was taken from me. Another area, which was also detailed in the timeline, was for the bride and sons dance, I requested to have everyone on the dance floor for that dance because my kids are younger and I didn’t want them to feel like everyone was staring at them or get stage freight, however the DJ had everyone leave the dance floor and we were up there alone. I had to check to make sure he had the correct timeline because it seemed like there were things that just seemed off. The last thing was we started with a DJ named Mathew, he was unresponsive when I reached out to him in December, we finally had to reach out directly to the owner who took care of us from there. The DJ at our wedding, on all other things did great! Even our last dance he brought a speaker outside for us to dance under the lights which was a great idea. I would say it would have been great to have spoken directly to the DJ that would have been at our wedding prior to the wedding as these little issues could have been sorted during that time. All communication was through Fernando, he was very responsive.”
