“We first met Connie Clark when our daughter was organizing her wedding reception. At that time, Connie was involved with a startup venue that was undergoing renovations. To cut a long story short, around 7 PM the evening before our daughter's reception, it became clear that the venue was not prepared. When the venue manager was not responding to her calls, she rallied the group that was financing the remodeling project. By 10 PM, the lead investor instructed Connie to find an alternative location for the reception, which was scheduled for the following evening. Connie reached out to a nearby coffee shop/bar, explained the situation, and requested the on-duty manager to contact the owner to see if the reception could be held there. Shortly after, Connie received confirmation that the reception would take place at the new venue. She informed the investment group about the change in location and began reorganizing for the new space. Our family learned of the change around 7:30 AM on the day of the reception, and once we gave our approval, Connie assembled a team and transformed the coffee house/bar into a beautiful reception hall. What Connie managed to coordinate and accomplish in such a brief period was truly remarkable.”

“Elizabeth at E&A Events was the PERFECT solution! I engaged her right away and used her Day of Coordination package which was honestly SO affordable and SO MUCH help to me and to the bride. She worked with us in preparing for the wedding, solved all of our concerns and unknowns as she is so familiar with weddings and how things “should go” and what pitfalls to be aware of. She was very flexible and all about working with my daughter’s vision for the wedding day, including helping with updates to timelines etc. On the day of, even though the venue provided a “coordinator”, it was so necessary to have someone there who was all about me as the mother of the bride and all about the bride and her day. Elizabeth was all over the venue throughout the ceremony and reception, making sure things were being handled and staying on track with our wishes; if there was any issue, she was on it and this allowed me to relax and enjoy the day! Hands down - the best part of the entire support that Elizabeth provided was offered AFTER the event ended; she stayed long after and made sure that all the centerpieces were broken down and all of the decor was stashed away in one place so we could easily go pick it up the following day. And this was packing up centerpieces with 28 floating candles on two separate floors — I was having nightmares of having to empty all those vases, but Elizabeth made it so easy! She is friendly, organized and persistent — there is no reason whatsoever to not invest in her support for your wedding or any event — but especially a wedding … this one day can be so expensive - she ensures that nothing goes wrong and you can just enjoy your special day. “We hired Michelle Knutson for our November 2025 Palm Springs wedding and truly could not be happier with our experience. We had a fairly small event, so we went with the day-of-coordinator package. Michelle truly went above and beyond just the day-of coordinating. She coordinated a couple intros zooms, got in touch with our venue and all of our vendors beforehand and brought us solutions when we realized we were going to be rained on. The day of she was a straight shooter - direct and ran a tight ship. But she was also warm, friendly and upbeat. Her assistant even took care of my dog for me and made sure he was fed and walked!
