“We used Green Mill Catering for our wedding this April, and I can't say enough good things about them! The biggest feedback we got on our wedding was that it was the best food they had ever tasted. We had a hard time choosing during the tasting, because everything was just so good! They are really flexible with the menu arrangement, and even made a custom-requested dessert for us. They accommodated every request and question, and were so patient as we debated our choices. I wish I had more photos of the meals, but the presentation was equally as great! Everything was truly delicious, but we especially recommend trying the almond crusted chicken, the mashed potatoes, the crab-stuffed mushrooms, the coconut chicken skewers, the mini walleye cakes, the Swedish meatballs, and the mini shooters.”
