She started apprenticing at farms up and down the East coast starting in 2017, ending up at Weatherlow Farms working for Phoebe Poole. RTB is a culmination of years of hard work in luxury hospitality, and she’s now channeling her expertise into a new set of ingredients. The combination of flower farming and the attention to detail that comes with working in fine dining kitchens leads to an intimate and curated design process.
