“My husband and I hired DJ Chaun and his wife lya's services for our wedding based on word of mouth from a colleague's experience at her daughter's quince. We knew we needed a Dj and wanted a photo-booth option. I reached out and received an almost instantaneous response and quote for services by lya. Their website was easy to use, the promptness in response to details/ questions were exceptional. lya even was more than willing to tour the venue to pre-approve set up within the space ahead of time. The price was right within our budget and almost seemed too good to be true in comparison to the quotes given by others for the same services. I'll be honest, my hopes weren't the highest, as we budgeted minimally for these services. I figured "you get what you pay for." BUT I was BLOWN away by Chaun & lya's professionalism, promptness and overall services. Chaun was given very vague information as far as music selections. He was able to quickly read the cues and likes of the guests and kept people on the dance floor during the majority of the reception. Our guests were not whining down, as they normally do closer to the close of the evening. We ended up paying for them to stay an additional hour (again-at a reasonable price) and they were more than willing to stay and accommodate. I wanted our wedding to be nothing less than memorable and fun for ourselves and our guests. Chaun & lya gave us exactly that! So so happy with their services. We also received our digital Photo Booth gallery (which was also a hit) four days following the wedding and it was so awesome looking at the pictures and reminiscing on such a great night during on honeymoon! 100% recommend!”

The team was professional, great at communication, very kind and professional, and they helped make our day absolutely perfect! Jeff, our DJ kept the dance floor alive ALL NIGHT!! When the music had to stop at the end of the night, the dance floor was still completely full and no one wanted it to end. He did a great job announcing the events of the night, made sure that our ceremony music was perfect, and he stuck to our wedding playlist with the exception for a couple guest requests (which we were happy to allow). We were so happy and thankful to have Jeff there! Sie, our videographer also did a wonderful job! We have not yet received our video as our wedding was less than 2 weeks ago, but I already know it is going to be amazing. With Trey, we always had clarity over next steps, and we also got as much flexibility as we could ever hope for. We had a slightly unusual (or, unconventional) ceremony in a couple of ways, and Trey handled every request without any issue. Lastly, and most importantly for a DJ, he nailed the music. On the big day, the band blew us away with their incredible talent and ability to perfectly execute our song requests, from jazz to oldies to classic rock. As musicians ourselves, we were so impressed by their skill level and experience and professionalism. During cocktail hour, two musicians played jazz, then they switched to rock mode for the reception. They truly made it feel like our own personal concert and kept people on the dance floor for literally 3 hours! The energy was palpable from their very first note, and their song selections kept guests of all ages dancing all night long. They ended the evening with “Purple Rain” by Prince and it made my life. We can't recommend the Lucky Devils Band highly enough - they were total professionals and our biggest splurge, but SO worth it I’d do it a million times over!!”
