Day of we are there for set up, clean up, deco, keeping deserts filled, tables clear, timeline on track, keeping bridal party hydrated and fed. Keeping vendors on track. Take the stress off of you. Need errands ran that day we have you covered. We have no time caps.

“We had Justine for the day of, but a mix of Connie and Justine throughout the planning process. We thoroughly appreciate how much care, detail, and thought went into the planning calls with us up until the wedding. We had Connie for our rehearsal and it went so smoothly that we ended the rehearsal time earlier than expected. We were able use that time to get ahead of decorating! Then, the day of, Justine was able to execute our vision perfectly and made sure everything (in our eyes) ran smoothly. Even the things she didn't have direction on (which was my bad), she knew exactly what to do with. She also was able to calm me (the bride) down when we had a group of unexpected visitors to the property we rented. When one of our other vendors fell short on delivering what was promised, Justine stepped in and took care of business herself. We could not have asked for a better wedding day, or a better experience with wedding coordinators. Thank you so much for everything, Connie and Justine!!!”

“Chime entertainment is an all around amazing vendor for DJ/MCEE, Photo booth, and videography services. Our day was amazing thanks to them! The Photo Booth added such a fun touch to the evening and was definitely a huge hit with all the funny props! It also left us with a full digital album of all of our guests having the time of their lives and was immediately available for us to look at (which came in handy while we waited for our wedding photos to come back). Everyone wont stop talking about how fun/perfect our wedding was and these guys were definitely the reason. Adam D, our main contact, was always quick to respond and always available when it came to answering our questions. Our DJ, George, was incredible, not only keeping the energy high all night but also stepping in to help coordinate the evening. He read the room perfectly, checked in with us throughout, and adapted seamlessly to any changes. We couldn’t have asked for a better DJ and MC. Our videographer, Leeland, went above and beyond to capture our day beautifully. He brought such fun energy while also knowing when to step back and let private moments unfold naturally. His balance of presence and discretion made us feel so comfortable, and we’re so grateful he was part of our day. We needed an al a carte service for our wedding reception since we did the ceremony prior and Noah was flexible and helpful in making that happen! They're more than happy to give helpful suggestions to fit your event and take the time to learn about you and what you hope for in a DJ. I really don't think our event would've been the same without them. DJ Fadi was our DJ for the night and he was great! He was so sweet and we had a blast on the dance floor. He made sure everything flowed smoothly and checked-in with us throughout the night. The online portal system is also a huge perk. “DJ Frank was fantastic to work with. He met with and really got to know us and our vision for our wedding reception. He truly listened to what we wanted for our reception as far as music choices. He kept the party going at our reception in a style we loved! He did a great job announcing everything that needed to be said at the reception and everyone had a great time! Throughout our whole time working with him he was great at communicating with us, answering any questions we had, and making any changes we needed so that our reception turned out just the way we wanted it to. “Noelle is a magician when it comes to hair and makeup! I sent her photos of what I wanted, and she matched them to a tee. I just got married 2 days ago and don’t have all of my photos. But I truly wish I had photos from the end of the night to show you, because even on a sunny 87 degree day, my curls were still in tact, my makeup looked like it had just been applied, and everything was still all around flawless. “We had the absolute best experience with SpaceCat! From the planning stages to ease of payments (and willingness to split up payments), to the party itself. We love this band and can't wait to hear them again! The band worked with us to learn songs that were special to us and it made our night so unique. They were able to set up before the party started and we used their speaker services during cocktail hour/dinner. The band is huge - so many talented artists and musicians and incredible range of vocals. People have not stopped telling us how much fun they had at our wedding. “Venue One Eleven was everything we envisioned and more. The food was AMAZING. We had so many compliments on the food. Highly recommend the salmon & short rib. The venue itself was so spacious & beautiful. It’s pre-decorated which made our lives so much easier and saved us a lot of money in the long run. The courtyard is filled with flowers & was a good place to step away from the dance floor for some fresh air. The stage was perfect for our band & made it feel like we were at a concert! We rented the townhouse about 10 steps across the road from the venue for our wedding parties. It was AMAZING to be so close to the venue for the entire weekend & it is decorated SO cute. It sleeps about 16 guests so our wedding parties didn’t have to worry about driving the night of the wedding & my bridesmaids & I used the top floor to get ready together the morning of. Our coordinator, Alisa, was the biggest blessing we could have asked for. That woman went above and beyond to make our lives as easy as possible. She has worked with many vendors in the area in the past so it made planning the day of timeline much easier for us! Wedding planning can be stressful & expensive, but Alisa managed every stressor & helped to save us money too. We trusted her completely & welcomed any & all of her advice.”

“We hired Gals and Ghouls for both hair and makeup. The makeup was absolutely beautiful! It was exactly what we envisioned, lasted all night, and made everyone feel confident and gorgeous. Meghan was such a joy to have around on the wedding morning and truly helped us all feel our best all day. The hair experience, unfortunately, wasn’t as smooth. I had updated my hairstyle vision right before the trial (from half-up to a full updo) but kept the same boho inspiration — loose curls, braids, and soft crisscrossing texture. The trial missed the mark — the stylist didn’t curl my hair and only crimped the roots for volume, which gave more of an unfinished, 80s-style texture than the soft, romantic look I’d hoped for. It felt so incomplete that I didn’t feel comfortable wearing it out afterward. I shared my concerns with the office after the trial and re-sent my inspo photo before the wedding, but unfortunately, the day-of styling still didn’t align with my vision. The stylist ran behind, seemed a bit scattered, and the overall results leaned messy and poofy rather than textured and polished. My mom’s curls fell out within an hour (despite her sharing beforehand that her hair doesn’t hold curl well), so she had to have it redone and sadly missed me getting into my dress and a few special moments. My sister’s hairstyle also turned out very different from her inspo. Although my mother in law and sister’s styles turned out nicely, across the group all the styles had a similar “poof” shape that wasn’t reflective of what we’d shown. The team was kind, and the makeup was truly flawless, but I do wish the hair had reflected our inspiration more closely and felt cohesive and finished for such a special day.”
