For the past 18 years Katharine has turned her farm, Fox Hill Farm in Honesdale PA, into a flower farm and event venue; using it as a base for her floral business. Fox Hill Farm has supplied wedding and event florals throughout northeast PA and beyond. Katharine endeavors to use as much local, PA grown and American grown flowers as possible. Katharine’s undergraduate education, travels, research, workshops, and hands-on learning have fueled her continued passion for providing the best products possible. My passion for flowers and plants started when I was a child. Growing up in the middle of nowhere was the best thing to allow my imagination to flourish. The school day would end and I would be rushing off the bus to help my grandparents plant seedlings or pick the harvest from the garden. My parents had flower beds and brought the beautiful flowers inside to enjoy as well. I am passionate about being able to replicate flower gardens into a gorgeous design but also creating a unique design just for your day!

I have over 30 years of experience as an event florist/designer. Working in the industry with premiere venues in the Pocono, Lehigh Valley, and NW New Jersey areas. For several years I was an event florist at a high end venue. In addition I worked with a Floral & Interior design team for several years, before venturing out on my own. I have put together a team of dedicated & talented designers who have the same passion of style, quality.
