We started a bison ranch in 2020 and after a few years of cooking under a tent we decided to upgrade and got our truck. We love providing local, healthy, and delicious food to our community. We are both veterans and after serving came together and started our business.

April Hale has been catering in Boise since 2007, but her love of cooking started when she was 9 years old in her parent’s kitchen in Indiana. April’s mom didn’t enjoy cooking, and April didn’t enjoy dishes, so the swap was made, and thus began her love affair with food. She started out with a Chemistry major in college (graduated with a BSBM with a Chemistry minor) and always envisioned her professional career in a lab. Little did she know her lab would turn out to be the kitchen.

We launched a mobile cart business specializing in cottage foods and artisanal charcuterie. Our custom-built cart is designed to serve a variety of specialty items—from muffins and cheese platters to caviar—beautifully presented on mini cutting boards. Whether it’s an open house, corporate event, wedding, or private gathering, we’re here to create a unique and memorable culinary experience that will leave a lasting impression on your guests.

When he's not pouring drinks, he's focused on his professional snowboard career. Rene´ FitzPatrick:​ Also born and raised in the mountains of Jackson, René has been bartending and creating her own cocktail recipes in the valley for the last 4 years. Previous to bartending she worked weddings and events in the area for many seasons. The combination of both passions has lead her to where she is today.
