From our very first consultation, Regan and her team were organized, detailed, and great listeners - they really took the time to understand my vision and provided excellent guidance throughout the process. The final florals they created were elegant, rustic, and exactly what I had envisioned for our special day. As someone who doesn't have much floral expertise, I was initially quite nervous about this aspect of wedding planning, but Regan truly killed it. We selected Wilder Mind Events has our planners for our January 2026 wedding at Hotel Haya. Prior to this, I had been a quiet observer of their instagram account for nearly 5 years after sitting next to someone on a flight that recommended them. When my time finally came to plan a wedding, I knew without a question I wanted to go with Wilder Mind Events because I was constantly impressed with each wedding they shared on their account. After we finalized our venue and wedding date, I reached out and was elated they were available for our wedding date. For my review, (which is nothing but glowing) I’ll separate it into two parts: the first the pre-wedding and second the day of wedding. Pre-wedding: Having never planned a major event or wedding, I had no clue where to begin. We opted for the “Wilder” service which was the perfect amount of support we needed. Demi walked me through many check lists and helped me tailor my focus to bite size tasks to accomplish each month. As someone who easily gets overwhelmed, I appreciated having someone tell me what to prioritize. Another thing I found incredibly helpful was their creative vision. I could tell them bits and pieces of things I liked and didn’t like and they would steer me in a direction or help me narrow down options. When it came time to select the place settings, I was all over the place and terrified I would pick things that looked chaotic together and not have a cohesive look. Demi would thoughtfully lay options for me so I could get a sense of different options. It really helped me see things come together. Demi also helped us to maximize our budget, telling us that certain things weren’t necessary. For example, we didn’t need a fancy plate and a charger, but rather just the charger since we were having a plated meal. She had foresight of different things to think of that I would have never of known to do. They work with the best of the best and I knew if they were recommending a certain vendor, I knew they would be reliable, trustworthy, and also experts. Demi and Delaney were both enjoyable to work with and gave me a piece of mind and sense of ease throughout the entire planning process. I could not have done this without their support! Day of Wedding: My wedding day was absolutely perfect and this is largely because of Demi and the other assistants supporting her day of. The entire day went incredibly smooth from my perspective, but Demi was doing major behind the scenes work to coordinate a flawless execution. She dealt with our venue who only gave us 60 minutes to set up the entire event. Demi is very solution-oriented, so when she encountered setbacks, it never really seemed like a huge issue from my perspective. I appreciated this as I mentioned I tend to get overwhelmed. Some of my favorite details were: I always had a drink in my hand at the reception, my shoes and lipgloss were perfectly placed at our sweetheart table (I have no idea how they got them, but it was just the sweetest little thing that made me feel like a queen), they packed up all the personal items from the reception and had them stored in our room, and they even laid out flower petals on our bed for when we came back after the after party. They truly took care of every little detail. My wedding day was simply the best day of my life and while I don’t plan to get married again, if I would, I’d choose Wilder Mind Events again in a heart beat.

Al and Mandy are two of the best people we have ever met. They were so easy to communicate with and their portal makes it so easy to put all the information you need for your wedding. The two of them were so much fun to talk to and they really made our night something to remember. They take time to get to know you as a couple and make your dreams come true. They are also really affordable for what you get. We did the uplighting and the audio guest book and I’m so thankful we did. Hearing our guests was something special and the lights made the dance floor more fun to be on. These guys can read a room and make sure the dance floor is filled all night long. From the very beginning, Megan and the entire team at The Fenway Hotel made our wedding experience unforgettable. We chose The Fenway for its unique charm as a boutique hotel, the stunning rooftop bar, and its perfect location right on the water, with easy walking access to Downtown Dunedin. It turned out to be the ideal spot for our wedding, offering breathtaking views, a beautiful outdoor ceremony space, and a perfect spot for guests to mingle at sunset. Megan was an absolute star and played an essential role in making our wedding day everything we envisioned. The planning process was full of details, but Megan was always organized, supportive, and made sure every aspect came together smoothly. We did run into a few minor billing issues, but Megan worked swiftly with the Marriott team (shoutout to Mitchell) to resolve them, ensuring the whole experience was stress-free for us. The large suite provided by the hotel was perfect for getting ready on the big day, and the rooftop bar was the ideal place for our first look. Our guests had such an amazing time at the wedding, and Megan’s attention to detail ensured that everything ran perfectly. We’re convinced that without her, we couldn’t have done it! Marriott managers, if you’re listening, Megan deserves a raise—she’s truly exceptional inside and out. The outdoor ceremony was stunning, and Megan offered us multiple setup options to make sure we had exactly what we wanted. The cocktail patio, with delicious appetizers like mini grilled cheeses, empanadas, and mini chicken and waffles, was perfect at sunset and received high praise from our guests. The dinner was phenomenal, especially the short rib, and we were thrilled with the variety of food options, which were all customizable and delicious. The bar service was top-notch, and our guests had a blast. Many of them who stayed at the hotel mentioned how much they loved the amenities like the pool, valet service, and the ability to rent bikes to explore Downtown Dunedin. We also enjoyed the rooftop bar, Hi-Fi, where we had an informal welcome party the night before the wedding. The bartenders at both Hi-Fi and the lobby bar were so kind and accommodating, even when we got a bit rowdy. We can’t wait to return to The Fenway Hotel in December and relive the memories of our special day. If you’re looking for a venue for your wedding, we highly recommend The Fenway—it’s a 10/10 experience!

Rabbi Astrachan was an absolute pleasure to work with from the very first meeting. Rabbi insisted that we have several meetings prior to the wedding so he could really know and understand us. By doing this, he made the wedding very personable and enjoyable to our guests and us. We received so many compliments of how amazing the ceremony was. It was truly unforgettable and the best part of our wedding!! Additionally, Rabbi Astrachan made us feel very comfortable as a same-sex couple and inter-religious couple. In addition to the wedding, Rabbi went above and beyond and wrote a very personable and thorough letter to the embassy to assist with my husband's green card and visa process. We will always hold Rabbi Astrachan deep in our hearts.

From the moment we started working with the Marriott, we have had the best experience. We worked with Jenna, the sales manager, a lot and she was also so responsive and helpful with anything we needed. I honestly was not stressed the week of the wedding because I felt like she was so helpful and trusted her to make sure all of my requests were met. She even came to our welcome reception to greet our guests and hand them drink tickets. A few weeks before the wedding, we met Dan, the banquet coordinator, who was absolutely fantastic and so helpful in helping us envision our room set up. He stayed the day before our wedding to set up the room early and it was flawless. He stood at the door of our reception when guests arrived to help direct them to their seats. His hard work and dedication to what he does was truly evident. I feel that Jenna and Dan truly went above and beyond to ensure we had our dream wedding. Joanna was also very helpful with our wedding room block as she is very responsive and quickly assisted with anyone hotel room needs for either my guests or myself. All of the hotel staff including front desk, valet, bartenders, servers etc were also amazing throughout our stay. We got SO many compliments from our guests about how welcoming, friendly, and helpful all the Marriott staff was. Even the maids were amazing and so warm and welcoming. From the moment we arrived at the Marriott for our wedding weekend, we were greeted by Wilmer, who was beyond helpful is unloading our car and transferring multiple items into our hotel room and he was present throughout the weekend to assist us with any other needs we had. Also, Rick and Ricardo were amazing bartenders, super friends, accommodating and truly helped to make our wedding into a full weekend event full of fun and everlasting memories. All in all I could not have asked for a better weekend with the support of the Marriott!! I would recommend this group to anyone and hope to be back to visit again soon!
