Brie Silly Charcuterie was founded by Courtney White of Hattiesburg, MS, a proud graduate of Jones College’s Culinary Arts program. During her studies, Courtney mastered the art of presentation, knife skills, French cuisine, and fruit carving. Since then, she has elevated those skills by creating stunning fruit displays and carvings for events both big and small. When charcuterie began rising in popularity in 2020, Courtney combined her culinary creativity with her eye for design, experimenting with charcuterie boards and grazing tables. What started as a passion quickly grew into Brie Silly Charcuterie.

Hey y’all! I’m a southern raised mom of two who is passionate about capturing real moments between people that love each other. I currently reside in the Hattiesburg MS area but I’m originally from Panama City Florida, so I like to tell people the entire Gulf Coast is really my travel area! I look forward to working with you!

I'm a devout Christian and family man. I served my country proudly as an Army Infantryman and did one tour to Iraq from 09-10. I'm an avid movie watcher. Shawshank Redemption and Tommy Boy are two of my all-time favorite movies. I have a very laid-back and relaxed demeanor, but at the same time, I'm a perfectionist and extremely organized with a keen eye for detail. I have a major in computer engineering and a minor in electrical engineering. In my spare time, I enjoy felling trees, tinkering with electronics, and learning Jiu-Jitsu. Above all these, I love taking pictures of the world around me and transforming them into masterpieces.

Welcome! Hereford Hills is an event barn that will host any of your parties, weddings, corporate retreats, reunions, etc. We can provide caterers, photographers, florists, or any event need. All in a picturesque setting on a secluded 35 acre farm. Hereford Hills Event Venue is located on a 35 acre Registered Hereford Cattle Farm. It is conveniently located between Columbia, MS and Sumrall, MS. We are approximately 30 minutes outside of Hattiesburg, MS. We offer a bridal cottage with attached grain silo for a dressing room. The bridal cottage has an elegant rustic feel. We also offer a small grooms cabin for the groom and his party to hang out in until the big moment.

We want to give you a moment to soak in the different views and perhaps have a vision that no one else has had. The gardens and lawn change with every season, always giving a different look and feel. Whether it’s a ceremony on the steps, the front landing, in front of the fountain, in the Ceremony Circle, under a tent, or somewhere completely different - the magic can be created by you.
