Brie Silly Charcuterie was founded by Courtney White of Hattiesburg, MS, a proud graduate of Jones College’s Culinary Arts program. During her studies, Courtney mastered the art of presentation, knife skills, French cuisine, and fruit carving. Since then, she has elevated those skills by creating stunning fruit displays and carvings for events both big and small. When charcuterie began rising in popularity in 2020, Courtney combined her culinary creativity with her eye for design, experimenting with charcuterie boards and grazing tables. What started as a passion quickly grew into Brie Silly Charcuterie.

Chef Bre is a Mississippi native. She was classically trained at Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College, where she obtained an Associates Degree in Culinary Arts and an Associates Degree in Baking & Pastry Arts in 2015. Chef Bre is an experienced and talented personal chef with a broad range of cuisine specialties to share in a variety of venues.

Tuck-ins are a roastable, Inside-Out S’more on a stick, each containing a crunchy handmade graham cracker, covered in decadent chocolate, all inside a fluffy marshmallow! Tuck-ins® are available in Classic, Cookies & Cream, and Peanut Butter! Tuck-ins can be given out as favors with guests roasting them at home over a gas or electric stove. You can even have your own roasting station at your event with TerraFlame Fire Bowls available through Tuck-ins!
